After much searching, we found Brevo to be the most appropriate bulk email solution for our 50,000 individual monthly email needs. The email designer is not the best but is fit for purpose. We have really appreciated their technical guidance on the intricacies of email distribution!

Will not use this place again after bought a game that the maker said was shipped out last year and now my emails just get ignored and Kickstarter refuse to help or release contact details of company. Seems like a scam and they pass the buck for any responsibility.

In the past, I've never had a problem returning products for a refund, but apparently, they no longer accept returns. The last item I ordered had a 90-day return window, but the seller refused to refund it after only a couple of weeks, and the item is in brand new condition. I appealed to Aliexpress TWICE, and both times they sided with the seller, which is in violation of their own return policy. Complaining through the BBB won't work with this company (Alibaba/Aliexpress) because they never reply to complaints, so don't bother! Their current BBB grade is D- which is obviously inflated. The actual grade should be F-

: Worst App for Hotel Booking – Extremely DisappointedI had a terrible experience using the Agoda app. After making a payment of ₹11,000, I received third-class service — in fact, it was worse than that.I contacted customer service multiple times through emails and phone calls, but my issue was never resolved. All I needed was a simple name change on the booking (the number of guests remained the same), but they made it unnecessarily complicated.Agoda claimed the hotel would charge extra for the name change. However, I had already spoken with the hotel directly, and they clearly told me there was no issue from their side. They simply asked me to reach out to Agoda to update the booking.Despite this, Agoda refused to help and did not stand by me as a customer. This shows their lack of support and poor customer care. I will never use this app again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

Spotify reverted my account to their free, ad-based subscription without warning. A week later they sent a very basic and dismissive email telling me they no longer offer the service I've used for 10 years. They then continued to charge me until I noticed and complained. They refunded me but didn't apologise for the error or the time I wasted trying to understand what happened, just told me to sign up to their Premium service. Thanks for making me feel so special, guys! I won't be using Spotify again.

Ordered a book for a college class that was needed in a timely manner. I kept checking the tracking status to find, “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item.” About 2 weeks later I inquired on the delivery status with Abebooks as their final delivery date range was getting close and tracking stated it hadn’t even been shipped out yet. Instead of even checking it they were lazy and just told me to wait till the delivery range came and passed. Finally days later, weeks after my purchase, they responded again with a flat out lie saying “we can only assume this item was lost in transit” since it wasn’t received, while the tracking still said they never actually mailed it out. They lied, plus took absolutely zero responsibility blaming the USPS, and then announced they were canceling my order. Without offering to rectify the situation by shipping a replacement book, they said they would process a refund. Like that is why I took the time and paid for the book that is still needed now but had to wait all this time. Horrible order fulfillment service. Horrible customer service. What a complete headache and waste of time dealing with this unprofessional company. Don’t waste your time with Abebooks.
