After traveling nonstop for the past 3 years and making over 150 bookings through Agoda, I can confidently say this company is an absolute disgrace to the travel community. I’ve reported fake hotel photos, filthy accommodations, and even serious safety issues—yet Agoda continues to list these properties without any action. Their customer service is a complete nightmare: unhelpful, manipulative, and borderline abusive. It’s clear they’re trained to wear you down rather than help.Agoda prioritizes profits over people.
