Tried to set up an account with a specific number. I was guaranteed that number. That ended up being a lie. I was told 2 Sims cards would be shipped over night and that was a lie. 2 weeks trying to set this account up and all I got was B.S. and lies. Going back to Verizon.

Customer Service are always very nice and polite but largely useless and rather insensitive. My order tracking showed my parcel had never left Poland in 10 days. I ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and they claim 2-4 business days for delivery. I queried this on 'chat' and first I was told it had been delivered and then I was asked if I had refused the parcel. I pointed out the tracking showed it had not reached the UK. The chat person agreed with this point but had no idea what was going on, nor their Supervisor, and said they had reordered my items. So back to waiting and no idea if this will happen again. I think I got some free VIP points..... but I just want my parcel!

They put deals but after you buy they just cancel the order and increase the price of the item, the money don't arrive immediately to the account so they work the money at least 1 week in best of the cases. And no answer of customer service. Now I am really worry and I hope the return me the money as soon as possible, if not will be second time that a ecommerce in Belgium stole me.An additional information, the seller was an external, that means that they have less control, I was talking with a competent customer support and looks like they will solve, so I will wait until now how finish this experience.At the end they reimburse the money, and even they sent me and small gift as sorry, so I would like to highlight the Bol.com customer service that solve me all the issues.As Recommendation maybe you can put stronger politics for the external sellers in order to avoid issues like this one, from now always when I buy on your site I will check if the seller is bol.com

My wife bought a new phone on sale at Best Buy on December the 5th (at about 8p.m.). She was told that she had until January the 4th to return it. The phone dropped a lot of calls and kept dropping Bluetooth connections. We brought it in to exchange on December 21st. They decided it had a faulty antenna. The service desk person then told us for the exchange we were going to have to pay a restocking fee (on a defective phone) and the difference in the sale price and the current price ($100) -- because the warranty was only for 15 days. Then gave a contradictory account of how they count "days".We said no, go talk to the manager. He returned and said the manager would waive the restocking fee, but we needed to pay the difference. Again, we said no -- ya'll sold a defective phone to make it right. He came back again and said if we upgraded our Best Buy membership to the next level for $50, they would give us the new phone. We did that. They moved everything to the new phone. We went home -- and canceled the membership upgrade and got the $50 refunded.

I’ve reported fake hotel photos, filthy accommodations, and even serious safety issues—yet Agoda continues to list these properties without any action. Their customer service is a complete nightmare: unhelpful, manipulative, and borderline abusive. It’s clear they’re trained to wear you down rather than help.Agoda prioritizes profits over people. They ignore legitimate complaints and protect shady hotels while throwing loyal customers under the bus. Their system is broken, their service is corrupt, and their credibility is nonexistent. If you value your safety, sanity, and hard-earned money, do not use Agoda.

Venmo charged $10 to my card after transferring $15 to a vendor just down the street. I had to get credit card involved. No, it was not one of the 3 cases they said they will charge a fee. Yeah, thanks a lot: 70% fees, more that the loan sharks.

Many web users can give false rewievs in our business on tripadvisor, i do the same for tripadvisor, fresh as a a$$ fu(k.It's a online space where you can write whatever you desire about a business/firm or other things, even the problem is you and your $hitty life problems. For example if you do not answer to the phone (because you have no time in periods of high top tourist season) or you don't have availability for hospitating guests at restaurants or rooms, the user can "give a fu(k to your work for free".This is read from countless reviews that could damage your business and your reputation. (even in my case we have 4.5stars on 5).

There was a problem with my membership cards. I telephoned on numerous occasions but nobody answered. I emailed twice, with no replies. None of the NT information online gives you specific emails for NT executives or Board members so you cannot actually communicate with or complain to the people in charge. Even the Head Office telephone number has now been cut off!
