We booked Hotel : Sonder The Earl, in Dublin/Ireland, Arrival: February 21, 2025, Departure: February 24, 2025. We made a complaint about wet carpet. The hotel agreed 186 Euros compensation, which they said would be processed within 7 days. Two months later Agoda staff (in an INDIAN CALL CENTRE) are refusing to honour the hotels promise. Despite forwarding evidence of the compensation promise Agoda are messing around...refusing to pay. Don't waste your time booking with this corrupt company. Their customer service is so so bad!!!
