The money you've spent on Origin is not worth it

I've spent at least $300 on Origin buying The Sims 3 and packs for it. It was a real struggle switching all the packs from Origin to The EA App, but I got it. A week ago it started telling me "you need to buy a subscription to keep playing". I just ignored it since I've spent so much money on the games before. Today I try to play, and it deleted everything off of my account. "You need to pay $4.99 a month to keep playing". Well, no. Sure it's not expensive, but I have bought these games already! So no.

If I could give it zero I would. Ordered shoes from them. I ended up getting sick with COVID and had to be hospitalized and my shoes got delivered when I was hospitalized no email was sent saying they were delivered nor was this on my mind. I get sent home and I get home to no packages I call them they say it was delivered. So I explain to them what happened but I don’t have the shoes. They say there’s nothing that they can do to dispute the charges with my bank nothing they can do. That’s horrible service

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes online they had different delivery dates which was fine. When I received the 2nd delivery it only had 1 shoe in the box whoever was in charge of packing the shoes never looked in the box just looked at the style and size label on the box. This is careless behavior I returned to Marlton NJ location where they were empathetic and replaced my order. Please emphasize to your staff to look inside the boxes before mailing

Such a pity, what was such a great App is now very average. I much preferred the old My News layout, it was simple to navigate where as now the main page seems jumbled and confusing.

In 2018 I purchased a photographic programme from Adobe. There was no mention that there was a time limit on the prog. To day I had to reinstall the prog and after the install there was a mention that an aspect of the prog was missing. On investigation Adobe advised that the prog was no longer supported and that I should purchase a new app. I fully expected the disk I had purchased would at least install completly without any portion missing. Other competitor companies disks install completly even though the app might not be supported.If the Adobe app was time limited, then it should have been indicated at time of purchase.Adobe is a company to be avoided.Many other companies are more reputable.

Google has the worse Customer Support…

Google has the worse Customer Support system/ team on the planet. I've returned a product purchased from their official Google Online Store, proof of return (with their own return process via DHL, all deliveries & returns info on the system, in their face) attached on a long and worthless email chain, they finally confirmed the item returned was inspected by technical team, all good. And now, they go by the bushes, via email sending me to online Google Store, the latest then directing me to continue with email correspondence in order to be able to get my money back.Ping-pong with people's own money...When contacting Google via email/phone they purely aren't able to help you or offer any resolution other then assigning a new case ID every time you get in touch trying to sort out the same matter.At this point I am desperate, my money has been seized by Google Online Store and genuinely don't know what to do going further... no-one from Google Support can help or want to help, other than listening and recording your case, then producing a new case id for the same matter, then sent via another silly email. They are disastrous, ridiculously amateurs for a giant as Google Inc, a shame for modern days online purchase. Spent cca 12h on the phone spanned over 4! afternoons, useless... This is a 100% true case story.Don't let the enthusiasm get you and Be aware!

0/10,, they deliver expired and damage products with non-refundable and non-changeable conditions. Moreover, they don’t respond you when you contact. Worst customer services. They just spoiled their image ,deleting the app and will ask everyone to remove this app of frauds and cheaters.

Disgraceful customer service. AVOID

We booked Hotel : Sonder The Earl, in Dublin/Ireland, Arrival: February 21, 2025, Departure: February 24, 2025. We made a complaint about wet carpet. The hotel agreed 186 Euros compensation, which they said would be processed within 7 days. Two months later Agoda staff (in an INDIAN CALL CENTRE) are refusing to honour the hotels promise. Despite forwarding evidence of the compensation promise Agoda are messing around...refusing to pay. Don't waste your time booking with this corrupt company. Their customer service is so so bad!!!

Have been using a HP printer for over 5…

Have been using a HP printer for over 5 years. Recently signed up for Instant Ink..what a mistake! They charge you for ink you don’t need and claim you chose the plan. Well the plan doesn’t account for how much ink you use, just how many sheets run through your printer. What scam. When I called to clarify the issues they gave me the run around and eventually hung up on me. When I said I will unsubscribe I was told the Instant Ink will not work in my printer even though I already have it, because they’re micro chipped and won’t work without a subscription! HP printers have never given me an issue, but signing up with Instant Ink was the worst thing I could do!

Good appearance But sucks in reality.

The interface becomes annoyingly unreliable and unnecessarily confusing after thinking you have learned it. The interface appears to be friendly intuitive; however, it gets unpredictable and unreliable with changes. eg: There are times trying to retrieve items once confirmed in a folder, these items may or may no longer exist where they were once stored. Trying to delete the empty folder is a mysterious process. Using Dropbox is like rolling the dice. Sometimes everything works, and sometimes some features no longer work or get shifted. Using Dropbox is too unpredictable. In addition to customer service by BOTS, reported in many reviews, it seems that BOTS also handles software upgrades at random without warning to users or providing appropriate tutorials. That goes for paid and free accounts.Hey BOTS: STOP TRYING TO PACK SO MUCH UNTIL THE BASICS ARE OPERATING EFFICIENTLY. A four-year user's experience.
