NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!! I would give this company zero stars if possible. They charge you before checking in, and the hotel we showed up to was under construction and no one thought they should contact us to let us know. OUR HONEYMOON HOTEL. We spent the evening finding another hotel for twice the amount and then Agoda expected us to travel back to get pics. So we should waste even more of our honeymoon time to get them the proof they should gather, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN? Seriously? Then told we should have contacted them right away, as if finding another place to stay wasn’t the priority? Ruined the first day of our honeymoon and then expect us to do their leg work. Trash site and trash response. Never again.
