Ordered new adidas predator football boots but good old adidas decided to send me one size 12 and one size 11. Basically because there shipping took so long they are now out of stock and adidas refusing to do absolutely anything to resolve the issue. Great when you wait weeks and weeks to get an order in nice and quick to make sure you secure a product you really want and pay big money to be completely let down. NEVER USE THIS SITE!!!! I would give this company zero stars if possible. They charge you before checking in, and the hotel we showed up to was under construction and no one thought they should contact us to let us know. OUR HONEYMOON HOTEL. We spent the evening finding another hotel for twice the amount and then Agoda expected us to travel back to get pics. So we should waste even more of our honeymoon time to get them the proof they should gather, OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN? Seriously? Then told we should have contacted them right away, as if finding another place to stay wasn’t the priority? Ruined the first day of our honeymoon and then expect us to do their leg work. Trash site and trash response. Never again.

Zillow will not hide my home on their site. Estimates of value are being made with homes in subdivisions on small lots, because there are no comparable properties. My home is on 6.63 acres and their estimate doesn't include the land which in the area is selling for $90-$125,000 per acre. This makes the estimate $500,000 less than real value. This information should not be listed and I should have the option to remove it,

Trying to renew my blue badge discount for Transport for London. Blue badge renewals have a backlog so my discount expired as they needed my new badge before I could renew.I have two letters from Transport for London telling me how easy it is to renew and that I can renew upto 90 days after expiry without paying the £10 fee.I follow the link to the website and there is an option to "Apply or renew", click this link and there is no option to renew, just apply for £10.Try phoning the number on the website and it just gives you options about speaking to them about Oyster card.Phone the number on the letter and get told my discount has expired and I should renew before it expires. Explain I can't do that because blue badge has taken until now to arrive.So I'm told I just need to click the apply button which says it will cost £10 but this won't charge me £10 because I'm renewing within 90 days.Told him it would be useful if it gave this information on the site, rather than making it look like you'd be charged £10. So he told me I need to enter my account number and blue badge number to apply. Told him again, yes I'm not an idiot I know how to apply, but I'm telling you that you should have something on the site saying it won't charge £10. again, he told me that because I'm applying within 90 to renew I won't be charged. Again told him I understand that but they should have something online that says that.A simple thing that should have taken me about 1 minute to renew has taken over an hour because of a bad website, no relevant options on the phone number given and useless staff who just read from a script rather than using common sense and actually listening to what you are saying.

I purchased a DLC with a game I played on PlayStation, but nowhere in the description did it say the DLC was VR. I had to research why I couldn’t play the game online to discover that it was a VR dlc. I had to wait an hour to speak to chat support and I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I had downloaded it and the agent refused to escalate it. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. These are expensive games, and if PlayStation isn’t properly labelling the content, they should take responsibility for that. The agent didn’t even bother to check the PlayStation site to verify what I was saying. They just shut me down. Their inflexibility and poor customer service really make me rethink buying from PlayStation in the future.

I have ordered a gaming monitor for my son so we could finish off his gaming room/bedroom setup. It meant to be a gift so it was important that it arrives on time. Well it did not. I ordered it this week Tuesday with a delivery slot on Friday. I made sure that I am in all they just so I don't miss them however it was a waste of time they did not turn up. My wife furiously rang them Friday evening as my son was in tears, he was patiently waiting since months to get his own room and gaming setup. Samsung was keep blaming dpd which I don't accept. I bought an item from Samsung not dpd. I don't care if dpd has problems or can't do the job properly. Why a time slot is offered when it is not gonna be kept?! They just repeated over and over again that it is with dpd and it is not their problem the earliest delivery will be probably Monday. Today is Saturday and without any announcements the monitor magically arrived somehow. Nothing seems to work or operate normally in this country since brexit...

This is a recreational activity for me which is being spoiled by continuous mediocre political interpretations of the history of its benefactors and their gifted properties by a third rate executive and her cronies. People who choose to visit NT properties are interested in history and are insulted by this dogmatic, simplistic approach. We don't want to give up our membership but think we may be driven to it as we joined to help support the upkeep of historical properties not to promote a political agenda.

I ordered an open box item that was guaranteed to be inspected before shipping out. When it arrived with another piece of furniture bought at full value, the "open box" item's box was noticeably more beat up. It was also missing a major component. No biggie, accidents happen, so I contacted their customer service category of missing parts. As per their website, if I contact them within 30 days and provided photographic proof I should be eligible for a replacement part or full refund. I contacted them the same day as delivery and provided all evidence they asked for.I was then informed they wouldn't replace my part because "their supplier is out of stock" (still in-stock according to their app and website) and would only refund something around $21. That doesn’t cover the full expense, let alone tax, shipping plus my time and frustration. Now, here's the kicker!I messaged customer service again the next day about the situation. After getting the same offer of no replacements and a portion of a refund, I followed up by asking for an employee number who inspected my order's open box item. I was told that's not something they take note of.I asked how they can enforce inspection quality then. She said she wasn't sure.I ended by asking how can I trust there even IS an inspection unit. That there's been a lot of shady stuff and I'd like a division number, inspection manager name, an extension phone number to their warehouse, heck even a photograph of an inspection under way or a check list of points inspected. She said she could provide nothing.I'm pretty sketched out personally. And I conspire there are many, many lies I've been told these past few days. One star and have lost my business
