It is very very poor service of your agoda . Im going to complaint sbout this im going to put a very very big comment for the cheapest service you have .first you manipulate guest to use your cheap agoda then later if some issues happened you will be the first to run. You have a lot of way to dissatisfying the customer with your cheap service..........i booked flight from agoda , i complaint about the flight changed by the airline. My flight was having 1 hour layover first then the flight distrupt by air india and now my layover time is 7 hour .as i have booked from third party the air india airline can't do anything they can follow the resolution given by agoda.im having medical issues that's what iam asking gor help to agoda. I talked with more than 10 agoda customer support to resolve my issue or compensate me but every one is giving me false hope .....they are well mannered to trick you .... first you gave the option of change the flight date and time as i want then later when i request to change my specific date it's not even far ......the date i request to change is one day before my original flight ...but later on they are again give excuses and asking for money to change ..... what is this you alll are lying behind the call job and i had to start again and again explain again and again to every new customer support and they are saying they will raised request they will handle my issue personally but after few hours im getting they can't do this email. They putting the problem on airline and airline putting on agoda .....i have never ever experienced this type of cheapest service. I can't even give it any rating.....they are the one responsible to resolve issues but they are only giving false hope and asking more money....they are scammer.....
