Higher Trapp Hotel, BurnleyI have stayed here regularly since November every week for business and I honestly say that it is a Home from Home.Staff are lovely and very efficient. Nothing ever a bother.Food in Fitzys is amazing and look for the specials board - the caramelised apple, red onion tart and almond crusted salmon definitely my favourites. And if you wish something 'bigger' - the Burger is to die for - ask for it cooked medium as you'll love it.Rooms currently being redone, but have always been well proportioned, clean and comforting.No to mention the views of Pendle Hill (if you get a room facing the garden).

Hotel was fine but charging another matter. Attempted to add one night to my existing booking after following the email link and unwittingly ended up with 2 bookings for the same nights. I had already been charged for the first cheaper booking but 1) The hotel charged me twice 2) After protest, grudgingly repaid the lower cost original booking but kept the more expensive one. Customer Service hung up on me twice when I attempted to discuss the issue. The advice I was given was 1) Be very grateful for the little you got back and 2) Ring Customer Service ( who don't respond!) Best Western Cagliari; Milan Customer Service office.

Went to the high ridge missouri at&t store at the end of March to "upgrade " or so we were told. We did not upgrade at all this is the worst phone and service we ever received from at&t. The little girl working was rude as could be anyway and talked us into a complete lie. Shame on you. Then the manager says oh sorry will try not to let that happen again in so many words. Absolutely disgusted with this

Quickbooks increased my subscription after 1 year by 108%. I signed up at a rate of €112 per year and after 1 year was informed by email that my subscription was being increased to €233. Was never made aware of this when I subscribed initially. What a scam. Very shabby and crooked. I'm going back to GNU cash!

The lack of accountability Kickstarter has had for the ZERO ZERO robotics Hover 2 drone is atrocious. The project has dragged on backers with very little updates (last one being in July 2020) it's been over two years and tons of backers have not received the product. most not receiving there full bundle. Kickstarter has done nothing to help make ZERO ZERO ROBOTICS make things right with backers.

Jimdo decided to hire a debt collecting company for claiming 'an unpaid' invoice from more than 3 years ago.Not a single reminder, not a phonecall, not a letter in those 3 years. Despite it being illegal to claim anything after more than 2 years of said purchase date, Jimdo refers to the debt collecting company instead of entering into a normal dialogue. I get weekly threats with addictional costs from the debt collection company and jimdo is doing nothing. I guess Jimdo is losing money and trying to extract money in another way than fair business. STAY AWAY FROM JIMDO. They are crooks.

The changes to the app clutter the screen with news items. They should be in date and time order and back to a single column so that scrolling through is easy and readily readable. I've tried on 2 occasions to try and get up to date and read the items, thinking of looking somewhere for a more user friendly news app.

It is very very poor service of your agoda . Im going to complaint sbout this im going to put a very very big comment for the cheapest service you have .first you manipulate guest to use your cheap agoda then later if some issues happened you will be the first to run. You have a lot of way to dissatisfying the customer with your cheap service..........i booked flight from agoda , i complaint about the flight changed by the airline. My flight was having 1 hour layover first then the flight distrupt by air india and now my layover time is 7 hour .as i have booked from third party the air india airline can't do anything they can follow the resolution given by agoda.im having medical issues that's what iam asking gor help to agoda. I talked with more than 10 agoda customer support to resolve my issue or compensate me but every one is giving me false hope .....they are well mannered to trick you .... first you gave the option of change the flight date and time as i want then later when i request to change my specific date it's not even far ......the date i request to change is one day before my original flight ...but later on they are again give excuses and asking for money to change ..... what is this you alll are lying behind the call job and i had to start again and again explain again and again to every new customer support and they are saying they will raised request they will handle my issue personally but after few hours im getting they can't do this email. They putting the problem on airline and airline putting on agoda .....i have never ever experienced this type of cheapest service. I can't even give it any rating.....they are the one responsible to resolve issues but they are only giving false hope and asking more money....they are scammer.....
