Unresponsive to requests Got charged for trip that didn't even know was happening Called hotel and it turns out that they list properties that they list on booking.com but did not even register on Agoda, which causes the booking to still go via booking but not show on the Agoda account this is super dodgy and I will never go via Agoda or their subsidiary, Booking.com, ever againBoth are dodgy shit sites that should be shut down for their business practices
