In the past few days, I made several purchases from Amazon and returned three items together in one box. Unfortunately, the courier attached only one label instead of three. I called Amazon Customer Service on the same day to report this, and I was assured that the refund would be processed.However, after waiting 10 days with no update, I contacted customer service again. After being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told that nothing could be done, and the representative simply apologized.I am deeply disappointed with this experience. I trusted Amazon to handle this properly, yet after 10 days of waiting and following up, I am now being told that my refund cannot be issued. I regret making this purchase and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

Unresponsive to requests Got charged for trip that didn't even know was happening Called hotel and it turns out that they list properties that they list on booking.com but did not even register on Agoda, which causes the booking to still go via booking but not show on the Agoda account this is super dodgy and I will never go via Agoda or their subsidiary, Booking.com, ever againBoth are dodgy shit sites that should be shut down for their business practices

I cannot tell you how nice it is to use (let alone fill out) a form made with Typeform. If you are the creator, assembling a meaningful, form in which to ask for information from others for e-mail lists, surveys, and more, Typeform is the absolute easiest, straightforward way to do so, without looking like the old, boring, impersonal HTML forms. If there was a way to make them the STANDARD, I think the people filling in the forms would not feel like a number in someone's database.

It's good but, on my alexa,I asked a lot of questions, and 50% of them had the same answer which was "sorry, I don't know that one" and it was very annoying. yet, i LOVE amazon! they have really good ideas for devices ! overall, i think amazon is quite frankly AMAZING.

Issue with website means you can't get refunded to original payment method and only gift card (I was informed by CS). If that is the case, WHY isn't there a notice at the top of the website informing all buyers that refunds can't be processed properly at the current time??

Do not trust monzo on the travel insurance. I've caught sciatica for 2 months and physically can't walk more then 5 minutes let alonrme get back on a plane. They've left me stranded and point blank will not help me with this. Do not trust them

SQL for Data Science.The course was very poor. It was riddled with script errors (the presenter not saying what was on the slides) the coding instructions were missing explanations or contradicted the examples given. The sandbox does not include instructions on how to use it. When it got to the stage of enplaning JOINS it just feel apart completely. Very poor explanations, garbled gibberish. An incredibly amateurish course, poorly put together, poorly structured, little attention to detail. Just a cash grab as far as i can see, with no real concern given to the pedagogical value of the content. Very disappointing. I am leaning this for my current job. I dont have time to waste on BS like this.
