Agoda have gone downhill from a good booking service to a suspect one in my opinion.I made a hotel booking that Agoda rejected. Repeating the booking was over GBP10 more, even though everything was the same in both bookings - hotel, room, dates, availability, payment method, etc.Agoda customer service's response was that something rejected the booking and that "prices are dynamic". Very convenient. Whilst GBP10 isn't a lot, if many Agoda customers get the same treatment, that's a lot of extra income, and it's a questionable practice, tending towards a "rip-off" and possibly fraud.
