I’d rate it less than 1 if I could. Extremely poor service from Disney. The stress of having to go through a zoom interview to request a DAS pass for your child. The health professional Michael came on asked a few questions and then states based on our answers, we are not approved - no reasoning/ explanation or evidence based as to why we were not approved for our son with a neurodiverse condition. And DWR state they offer disability access to their guests - what a load of rubbish - if anything you are discriminating! Other accommodations - i.e. splitting the family up is their idea of an accommodation. The whole point of going on holiday and to have the Disney experience is to be together as a family! I understand the process had to change due to numbers but that’s DWR fault in not requesting medical information and evidence at customer services to weed out the ones who were just requesting a DAS pass because they could! It’s all about money and getting as many people through your parks. Never again will we visit DWR. Neurodiverse / Spectrum disorders are lifelong conditions - the DAS pass just assists in making the experience and holiday enjoyable - it’s not queue jumping, you get a time to return allowing the family to distract the person, go for food & drink etc etc …….. Disney - you do need to review your disability policy again.

Impartial ?, The BBC. Yeah right. The BBC always seem to have an agenda to push. BLM, LGBT, Transgenderism. Their sports coverage at one time was excellent, but sadly that, like it's self is a long gone thing. To be honest, it doesn't even deserve one Star, but i had to give it some rating.

Terrible. Never trust them with your credit card. After your subscription is over they will automatically renew it and continue to charge your card. It is impossible to resolve any issues with them as they do not have a phone number and they simply ignore emails and help requests. There are many other reputable companies, use them! Animoto is AWFUL!!!!Chris,I appreciate your concern, however I've been asking for help for almost two weeks and this issue still has not been resolved. We make a plan for one of your customer service managers to call me (they will not provide me with a number, so I cannot call you) and then this, that, and the other happen and surprise, I am never contacted. This really is the most inept customer service department I've ever dealt with in my life. If it is not intentional (which I think there is a strong chance it is) then it is horribly mismanaged. Bought some shoes that were on sale for my son for when next school year started. The day came, he used it for 7 days and immediately ripped. I contacted them and said there's no more warranty and I'm stuck with ripped shoes. Makes me rethink of the quality I thought they had.

Dirtbags. I booked a table at a restaurant online and got a message via OpenTable asking to confirm the booking, I replied to the text with prompt "1" to confirm the reservation and I was charged for the pleasure of confirming the reservation, there was no mention in the text message that replying would incur a charge. You can reply "stop" to stop OpenTable messaging you in the future, but this also incurs a charge. Why any restaurant uses this platform is beyond me.

I booked a package deal to go from Fukuoka to Okinawa (Flight + Hotel). The Hotel is in Okinawa, which is correct obviously but then why were the flights showing the reverse itinerary? Okinawa to Fukuoka? It made no sense. It's like the website was on purpose tricking people to go ahead to book and rip you off. I couldn't get a refund for my flights, No good will or anything - I sent the screenshot to customer service too. Clearly it showed when people searched a package to go from Fukuoka to Okinawa, the flights are reversed! They refused to acknowledge any fault of their own, I have never had any problems using other websites...Just lost about £200 for the flights, although I was able to apply for a refund for the hotel since they had a cancellation policy before Boxing Day, but when will I even get my refund from Agoda???? It really hurts and I'm very unhappy with Agoda. I will never use Agoda ever again! Yes I admit I should have double-checked before paying, but at the same time why is the website like this? At least offer some sort of goodwill gesture to retain customers. Ruined my trip completely!!!

Agoda have gone downhill from a good booking service to a suspect one in my opinion.I made a hotel booking that Agoda rejected. Repeating the booking was over GBP10 more, even though everything was the same in both bookings - hotel, room, dates, availability, payment method, etc.Agoda customer service's response was that something rejected the booking and that "prices are dynamic". Very convenient. Whilst GBP10 isn't a lot, if many Agoda customers get the same treatment, that's a lot of extra income, and it's a questionable practice, tending towards a "rip-off" and possibly fraud.

convenient app but their customer service is terrible. My account was frozen without notice or explanation. I was directed to provide ID and when I did I was told my account was cancelled. No explanation other than "check the terms". My opinion is they are unorganized and I feel uncomfortable with their service.

Someone hacked my account, added a profile and transferred money from my profile to theirs. Since July 10, I have trying to get my money back so I can close my account. I keep getting the same canned response email from Venmo. If Paypal doesn't wake up and get Venmo under control, Paypal's name as a reliable company is going to be negatively effected.

I was at the Target out in Mira Mesa last night.I had bought some salmon and rice from the nearby Phillipine restaurant , (24$ worth) and had eaten less than half so I boxed and bagged it and took it with me into Target .I was mainly looking for Christmas gifts, so I spent most my time in the isle with games and toys.There were lots of family's coming and going so maneuvering my cart was too awkward so I left it near the games and pet items.Going back and forth around those isles.Then I couldn't find my cart.I took a good 10 minutes scooping the other isles and store to see if someone had rolled it away. A customer service woman took me to a young security man who told me that after 10 minutes the carts are considered abandoned and taken away .My food was thrown away and items returned. He was unapologetic. ( It seems security cameras could have seen the cart was mine and I was making decisions on purchases.)I have a great dislike for Taget now.

I prepaid for a full year of my domain name in May 2024, but unfortunately, I had to cancel the subscription shortly after. I attempted to request a refund for the unused months, given that I had paid for the entire year upfront. However, I was informed by the chat customer service that a refund was not possible because it exceeded their 15-day policy.While I understand that policies are in place, it feels incredibly unfair to lose eight months of payment without any compensation, especially as an annual subscriber. My experience has left me quite frustrated, and I cannot recommend Domain.com based on this policy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst customer service, worst online store. They keep your money for 4 weeks giving nothing but EXCUSES not to refund your money back. Very good clothes but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They don't even have supervisor so that you can complain, it's a lack of respect taking money and giving cheap excuses, like "Covid 19" or " Incomplete address". Is this a joke? Stay away from these people!
