Terrible hotel, not as descibedWe were due to stay three nights in…

We were due to stay three nights in Bangkok. The picture supplied looked great. When we arrived the hotel looked a little rough to say the least. The first room had waste water running across the floor coming from the shower drain. The second room’s door lock was faulty and obviously was damaged as a result of being forced. The third room was like a mosquito breeding ground and had a hole in the door consistant with it being punched. The desk staff Daniel was very helpful but not really surprised with the issues. I tried contacting Agoda who still have not replied. They send a website link that does not open. Finally the location of the hotel was in the middle of the red light area. None of this was mentioned by Agoda.Personally I feel that the hotel was totally misrepresented by the company
