Worst with billing

I got charged because I took a 30 day free trail even though I cancelled it in 2 days because it wasn’t for me. I’m guessing that’s what 30 day free trail is for?? To see whether I like it or not. And when I asked for refund I’m getting told that I choose paid account instead of the 30 day free trail. Just refund customers I’m sure it will not affect the success of the business. That’s probably why they don’t accept PayPal now I have to contact my bank since they don’t want to fix this issue. And I was even willing to come back, bleh!!

AMAZING tool

AMAZING tool! I have been using canva for years. They give free trials which is so helpful but paying is soooo worth it. Their customer service is fantastic too. No idea why people are mean in their reviews! Give them a try for 30 days you will see how cool and amazing it is! Thanks Canva for the 5 years of fun :)

What liars and fraudsters

What liars and fraudsters. I bought a radio from amazon via VttQck. After 6 months the radio ceased to function. I claimed on the 1 year warranty, I have two emails confirming they would send a replacement. Despite this I have received nothing 2 years later. I contacted customer services no less than 8 times to try to resolve the matter, but they refused point blank to do a single thing, eventually say I hadn't made a claim??????????????? Amazon guarantees are not worth the paper they are written on, nor are the VttQck. Customer service at amazon are completely useless. Don't Bother making anymore excuses. JUST SEND THE RADIO, simple. This was May 2022 as the date box won't allow the correct date

Terrible hotel, not as descibedWe were due to stay three nights in…

We were due to stay three nights in Bangkok. The picture supplied looked great. When we arrived the hotel looked a little rough to say the least. The first room had waste water running across the floor coming from the shower drain. The second room’s door lock was faulty and obviously was damaged as a result of being forced. The third room was like a mosquito breeding ground and had a hole in the door consistant with it being punched. The desk staff Daniel was very helpful but not really surprised with the issues. I tried contacting Agoda who still have not replied. They send a website link that does not open. Finally the location of the hotel was in the middle of the red light area. None of this was mentioned by Agoda.Personally I feel that the hotel was totally misrepresented by the company

Bad service

I too have gotten the annual plan in disguise and had to pay all the way. I moved to Dreamstime ever since, where I get a normal monthly plan. Their annual plan is paid upfront, which is the honest way to go. Also, my unused downloads are transferred in the new subscription. I once lost these due to my card not being charged and they reinstated them. Not the same happens with Shutterstock

Review of dropbox

This has to be the worst support I have ever dealt with.

Dropbox may be ok when it's working but they have to be the worst company in the world for support.Dropbox crashed and had to be reinstalled and now nearly 3 weeks on we are still exchanging stupid emails and going around in circles' with their support people.Somebody commented it would be easier to setup your own cloud storage company than to get Dropbox to resolve any issues and I totally agree.

Like MacBook Pro laptops for 10 dollars if you visit a certain site or a guaranteed monthly 100.000 profit if you invest with a sites trafing software.After I report the scams I get a automated reply after a day or so (which is fast granted), but Google says that the ad is gone and they can not review it. They say I should report it again if I see it.So Google can't see a scam ad if the uploader simply deletes it before they see it and they have no record of the ads shown on their platforms.That is lousy work and Google let people get scammed way to easily.

Sucks! Stay away from these crooks! I tried to cancel my premium membership. I couldn't find a link to do it. I waited 1 month because my credit card was expiring. I thought this would be enough. But I was wrong... they kept on charging my Credit Card on and on... until I finally found a Customer Service section when they started to ask me to PAY!!! Now that I had access to their "customer support", they refused to revoke the charges, so they basically told me to pay and accept their conditions. Thankfully, they have now turned off the premium membership, but I will have to still pay for many months of service that I didn't use!!!! Very bad company. Totally unethical! Stay away from this people. I am sure they won't last much in the market if they keep trying their customers this way. Of course I won't pay them one nickel.

Dear tik tok team im writing related to my account which was banned 3 weeks ago, I tried to get in touch with you in every possible way, I wrote thousands of emails, submitted support tickets and I even tried to get in touch through twitter with no luck, my account with over 120k followers been banned 3 weeks ago, reason violating the community guidelines, which I certainly believe was a mistake because i don't think I violated any rules, I had only funny videos , no pornography or nudity, I had only funny videos and of course fully dressed tik tok dances, I created another account and I've got a system notification related to the community guidelines violation , I will attach the video to see i haven't violated anything, and I know for fact same thing happened with my old account, was banned by mistake because I haven't violating anything, I tried in many ways to get in touch, I was begging the team to give my account back which means a lot to me, hours of hard work and dedication to build my followers up, to be banned overnight, I requested the review which I think never happened because If someone would had a chance to review my request would understand i was an innocent creator who tried to build her community up, I totally understand you are getting many similar requests everyday , but in the last couple of weeks many successful creators was complaining about the same thing being banned overnight with high following backgrounds while you forgot wr are users too, and we are watching the most successful "celebrities ' nudity every single day , I think its not fair to the other creators, keeping some creators over preferences while you are ban the one who even made a mistake apologised about it.I would like to ask you once again please review my request and unban my account, as I said I promised I'll do the best I can to have no further issues, ill respect all the community guidelines giving no reason to be banned ever again. Review of royalcaribbean

COMPLETELY DISGUSTED!

So we booked a transatlantic cruise for April 16, 2020. They stopped cruising April 1, due to covid. Ok. We chose to take a credit in leu of a refund. That’s where we made our first mistake. We decided to use the credit for a cruise to Mexico, as family trip. BUT we couldn’t use the credit for the family cruise, we could only use the credit for another cruise for us. The credit was non transferable. So we gave them MORE MONEY and used part of our credit for the family cruise. And when I say family I mean us, all six kids, the grand parents and the grandchild! But now, they have canceled the 2nd cruise, that was scheduled for February, and now they are supposed to reopen in March. So we tried to transfer our family cruise to March 18. Same cruise, same itinerary, jus a month later. THEY TRIPLED THE PRICE!! and they won’t transfer the reservation! They want more money! OVER MY DEAD BODY! So now we will not be going to Mexico with Royal Caribbean, and we will not be going on a Scandinavian cruise in October to St Petersburg,to Denmark, Germany, and to Stockholm. Instead I will take my 7k and I will give it to somebody else that actually wants my money, and gives a crap about customer service! and I hope that Royal Caribbean goes bankrupt. Because they don’t know anything about customer service, they don’t seem to care about customer service and I know damn good and well that they don’t give a crap about their employees! ROYAL CARIBBEAN SUCKS! PS-because my husband has changed bank accounts they’re not going to return our money until 45 days. Because they have to try to put it into the old bank account that doesn’t exist first, even though we’ve told them that it doesn’t exist! Buyer beware!
