No accountability despite admitting fault

Like many on here I am completely frustrated with Agoda and their lack of responsibility for mistakes they make. I booked a standard room with a bunk bed for my daughter and I in Pai, Thailand. When we arrived, we were directed to the hostel area with shared facilities. Sorry, not what I signed up for. Went and found another place to stay which was a bit more expensive but as it was 4:00 on the night we were staying, not many options. Agoda has thus far offered a $23 refund despite the fact that I ended up paying considerably more. Thing is. Agoda admits it was their mistake. Never again.
