I received an email from Agoda confirming that they had processed a refund of £194 on the 7th November and that it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on my bank statement. I should have received this amount on the 21st November. I emailed them on a further 3 occasions to say that I had not received the refund and asked for evidence that it had actually been processed. All my emails were ignored. I rang them on the 26th November and was told that I would receive my refund within 2 days. I am still waiting!
