I loved the fact it PAYS, unlike some scam sites. I have earned over $100 by now. I never it was possible to get paid online. I love G2 with all my heart. On a weekly basis, I get requests to do surveys. It is unfortunate that in Lesotho Amazon Cards are not for sale. I just love this site. If you want to earn money online in Lesotho, g2 is the best site for you.

I was checking it out for a potential client and decided it was going to work for their needs, now I am still trying to work out how to get a refund.I am out $588 (that amount will look familiar if you dig through the reviews here) and was given a credit, which I don't need nor will ever use. I asked for a refund on the day I was charged and was told they could not refund it. They can, anyone that runs a business knows this is the case, they just don't want to. They even had the gall to inform my bank I did use the site, beyond their FREE trial.Some things I found when trying to deal with this company:>> There really isn't any support via their website. They will send you over to Twitter for that (Hootsuite Helpers - @Hootsuite_Help).>> The phone number doesn't help: either you need an extension or the recorded message will tell you to go to their website and look under the 'help' section, then unceremoniously hangs up on you.>> Check out the BBB entries, you will see a lot of the similar reviews and problems there.I truly hope I can get this resolved still and get my money back. I am self-employed and I am struggling these days.

Horrible experience, I purchased a few bundles, a large one specifically where 80% was not updated/ and unable to use. What a waste of my money and time. Got locked out of my account and unable to recover the account, there is no one to reach out to, etc. disappointed to say the least.

I received an email from Agoda confirming that they had processed a refund of £194 on the 7th November and that it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on my bank statement. I should have received this amount on the 21st November. I emailed them on a further 3 occasions to say that I had not received the refund and asked for evidence that it had actually been processed. All my emails were ignored. I rang them on the 26th November and was told that I would receive my refund within 2 days. I am still waiting!

I had a terrible experience booking with Agoda. The hotel room was full of insects, including a huge spider. The hygiene was unacceptable, and I felt unsafe staying there. I contacted Agoda’s customer service and am still waiting for proper resolution. Very disappointing!

I really wouldn’t even give them a one star. I accidentally sent the wrong person which has the same name as my husband. I have asked the person for the money back. I have sent in a request letting them know that this was the wrong person that I sent it to you. The hole nine yards and they haven’t responded. I called Venmo asking them if they could help me they said NO. Whatever you do do not download them go more towards cash app or something better Venmo is not it. I find it ridiculous but they can’t help you.

Read the notes in my file you’ll get up to date, if your employees made accurate notes about all the calls I’ve made to you, Instacart, my bank, and credit card company customer service. Recap I had $200 set aside for my family thanksgiving. I ordered delivery in the Kroger app. No where did it say delivery was being outsourced. Next I get a text from Instacart their running 2 hours behind. That’s when I looked up instacart then figured it out. I chatted with the shopper via of text on substitutions. It went silent for about 45 minutes when I get an email, not text, driver needs gate code. I replied via of text and email 154. I get another email meet shopper outside he can’t find you. I go downstairs and the gate was propped open, people were moving, and didn’t see anyone in my small half circle driveway entrance/exit in front of my complex. I text and emailed the gate has been open since 8:30pm, I asked, and your drivers at the wrong property. Next I get an email my order was cancelled! That was our thanksgiving groceries. I sent 8 emails to customer service with Instacart to bring my order. You put a pending charge of $169.07 on my credit card that wouldn’t drop off for 7-10 days. I called the bank, cc company, you, Instacart starting at 4am day before thanksgiving. I only had available $30 left of credit to buy thanksgiving. Your supervisor, heartless, said the best he would do is give me a $50 credit. I was furious for so much deception. The only way I could use the $50 was to get delivery! Forcing me to use you and Instacart again when you already had my $169.07. I didn’t see the credit of $50 on my account so I Kroger and was told to type in i have a $50 credit on a product instructions for substitutions. I couldn’t spend over $30 because I had to put my cc down again and your rep said you wouldn’t make any charges. After checkout the $50 would be applied. This is what happen. You took the amount of groceries from my cc leaving me with no money to buy thanksgiving and to top it off, you had the audacity to charge me a delivery fee plus driver tip. subtracted from that “$50 credit”. You didn’t give me $50. It worked out to be around $35. Once again you also put a pending charge on my cc leaving $3 available credit. You stole my family’s thanksgiving. I’m sending this to you on thanksgiving since the only thing I had ingredients to make was a cake and bread in our bread machine. I hope you enjoyed your thanksgiving knowing you screwed, stole my family’s thanksgiving. We’re new to Dallas so we don’t have anyone to even help us out. I will be posting this on every social network, Kroger’s and Instacart website reviews, App Store, and sending this scam to channel 4.5 and 8. It is so hard on me when I have 3 sons home from college and can’t give them thanksgiving. I feel so stressed out, anxiety, depressed, like a horrible single parent. This is because even though both of your companies knew you blocked my money, had no groceries, would have no food for thanksgiving, DID NOTHING! You should feel embarrassed and ashamed of kicking me in the street. I want my money released immediately, something to make up for my family not having thanksgiving except for a cake and loaf of bread, and some type of reprimand to every heartless, horrible customer treating employee that I pleaded plus begged to help me.This I hope goes viral on the web. It is so unbelievably I can’t believe this happen to me. So this story is going to shock every reader. Did I mention I’m also disabled and a senior citizen? I just did, just like i did yesterday, to explain I’m on a fixed income with 3 sons in college, which did not escalate to any authority to solve this problem. I expect a reply that will rectify all the wrong you did to me for thanksgiving.

I have been a member with AMEX UK for years. I have the platinum card and the platinum Cashback. This year was a victim of fraud and they kept reassuring the charges will be reimbursed. 2 months down the line it is still coming up and now they have cancelled my cards! No explanation. Tried calling them and wait for hours and no answer. I have called them at 9am and been waiting till 4/5pm to speak to someone and no one answers. There is no email to email them to. I don’t get how this company has been allowed to continue when they are treating people like this. I always paid on time and paid card annual fees like clock work.

Can’t understand the reviews here. Had nothing put excellent customer service with American Express. Calls and online chat services answered almost immediately. Always get through to someone who can help first time too - no passing around like every other company seems to do. Also resolve disputes with no fuss - had a charge back completed within 48 hours of raising my complaint!!
