i bought 2 packets of permanent markers, i never received them, but is shows as delivered.i contacted them, open claim and , the claim was invalid, because item shows delivered.you have to provide evidence that the item has not been delivered to you, WHAT EVIDENCE? i dont have the item.i also contacted evri, znd they will investigate, but looks like i will lose money and items.i think i am done with this company
