I thought I'd try AT&T because spectrum (my only other choice) is horrible and expensive. Because their website is very confusing, I inadvertently signed up for 2 accounts. OK, shouldn't be a big deal, right?WRONG.After 3 days of trying, I have been unable to reach the correct person to solve this simple issue.The only good news is that I now understand how truly bad their customer service is. How a major company can be this bad is beyond me but whatever. I'll stick with terrible spectrum. At least they answer their phone.

Magic wok Chinese restaurant. I’ve ordered from here a few times quite average, but the last time I ordered they forgot a dish so a quick polite phone call and they said I had to report it to just eat and they will refund me. Ok perfect well…. They cancelled my order off of just eat so I couldn’t report it and didn’t refund my money so I won’t be going back here and will be warning everyone about their sneaky antics.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. They are so politically biased and allow the Israeli lobbyists to run their editorial. It was joyful to cancel the licence fee and listen to the call advisor literally try every rebuttal under the sun to get me to stay. Guys remember you can cancel if you don't watch broadcast tv, live tv, iplayer, bbc, news, terrestrial etc. If you only watch on demand like movies on netflix then you don't need this illegal licence. I wasted 2 decades giving those clowns my money which they've used to create ever worsening tv content, pay presenters ridiculous wages, and not say anything in defence of palestinians and deliberately not reported on the active genocide. May this help to bring the collapse of this morally bankrupt corporation. And not to mention the threatening words of the advisor on the phone that they scan and visit people and prosecute. i bought 2 packets of permanent markers, i never received them, but is shows as delivered.i contacted them, open claim and , the claim was invalid, because item shows delivered.you have to provide evidence that the item has not been delivered to you, WHAT EVIDENCE? i dont have the item.i also contacted evri, znd they will investigate, but looks like i will lose money and items.i think i am done with this company

This is the worse company..Pay way to much money to this type of services.. literally have to be on hold for hours to get to a customer service rep.. I’ve literally been on hold for almost 30 mins & still no help & still on hold ..I request a road side assistance & it says I have to wait 2 hours. Maybe they should stop taking on more customers if they don’t have enough workers to assist

Contacted tech support more than once, over 3 hours on the phone. Could not get printer to connect. I cancelled my policy. And Im being charged $130. Equipment never worked. I had trouble understanding tech workers-thick accents. A warranty starts before I even receive the printer? all in all a terrible time and money wasting experience. Ida Sansoucy

Amazon service has gone to the dogs. Customer service is pathetic. Purchased an item on Amazon 2 weeks ago. Item has still not been delivered. Sad thing is that the delivery was to be fulfilled by Amazon itself. First time the item never even arrived, deliver man put a fake update that the recipient rejected the item. How can it be rejected if it wasn’t even delivered? Second time I ordered it, it has still not come. Amazon is refusing to provide a refund. Absolutely shameful, disgusting on behalf of Amazon. Pls do not purchase anything from these thugs. Do it at your own peril. It’s like a gamble with them.

Food hospitality and great service even though it was Mothering Sunday nothing was too much effort for any of the staff be they working hard behind the bar or running to & from the kitchen area delivering the excellent food cooked as requested Staff were pleasant which must have took some effort with the amount of people coming and going this just tells me that the employees make the difference to an enjoyable experience when eating outAll in all I would recommend the Swan & Cygnet to anyone wanting good food at reasonable prices in a warm and convivial atmosphere
