I placed an order and asked to cancel it later that same day. That’s all. But the seller completely ignored me, then canceled my request without saying a single word.So I contacted customer service, hoping someone would step in. Instead, they gave me a weak excuse saying the product needed customization—which it absolutely does not. They told me to just sit and wait for the seller.I sent another cancellation request. The seller never replied. One day later, they canceled that one too. No explanation, no response. Just me, completely ignored again.I reached out to support again, laying everything out. But instead of helping, they came at me aggressively and told me I had to wait 20 days for some so-called “refund guarantee” to kick in. They refused to talk to the seller. Refused to help. Just told me to wait while they held my money.So let’s sum this up: the seller ghosts me, cancels my cancellation requests behind the scenes, and the support team does absolutely nothing to fix it. I followed every rule, and I’m stuck. No communication, no resolution, no refund.This whole experience has been awful, and I’m exhausted from being dismissed at every turn.
