My sixth time flying Emirates and each time they seem to mess up the time on return to Dubai.First few times I loved it, the staff the A380s the food .I've noticed it going downhill slowly , staff are tired and often brush you off if you have a minor request .Initially I was dreaming of trying business class, but realise now 6 flights in im nowhere near any upgrade and feeling like a second class citizen .Come on Emirates tidy up your act a bit and also loyalty from economy class leads to keeping us on board .Think I'll try Quatar next time .

Literally having to deal with the EA app on a game I purchased on steam makes me not wanna play the game anymore. Completely abandoned after reservation cancelled last minute

Booking.com cancelled my reservation 12 hours beforehand and after I had already arrived at the destination. No support or even any reason was given. I contacted the useless customer service team many times to get compensation as I was forced to sleep in my car for 3 nights. Multiple times I was given false promises of compensation until the last time I called and was told they wouldn't provide me with anything. The customer service team never reached out to me and repeatedly failed to respond, absolutely useless!

AT&T Shut off Phones, Internet after temporarily losing their gov't subsidy

AT&T does not deserve good customers (10+ years) if they shut off the phone without notice, and lock the phone to a robot. For the Internet, I found Xfility for $9.95 a month. They did not stop service or send threatening shutoff messages when ACP was not renewed. I do not care to deal with AT&T again. Thank you for your consistent concern, I appreciate it. I think I deserve back the $58.60 that I paid for the Interim phone, and some reimbursement for the frantic week I spent with NO phone, trying to find out why you shut it off. That was nasty, being locked to a robot who demanded my credit card, and even nastier when I reached that woman. I would appreciate a check for $58.60 for the month-to month interim phone (Lyca) plus a check of reimbursement for the Metro Mobile (att) which cost $62.73 for the Metro Mobile - plus the loss of a week, being terrified, and running around with a caregiver, desperately trying to get a phone set up.and for all the upset trying to get phone when there was no phone. I REMIND YOU THAT I AM ELDERLY, DISABLED (STROKE) and it is highly dangerous for me not to have a phone to call for help, should I fall, or become frightened. Due to your despicable handling of the Congress not renewing your government subsidy, you placed my life in danger, and caused me the loss of a frantic week, and $119.11 for phone service, and one week of caregiver time - 25 hours at 17.35 an hour through IHSS. That is $433.75 that you owe us back, $552.86, plus damages for being so frightened.

Drivers NEVER follow instructions

Drivers NEVER follow instructions. They take no notice of large notice on my door. "All deliveries please ring bell" All other company's ring. Delivery App slow or not working properly. Past 2 days website said "handed to resident" Lies. It's on my doorstep. I've ticked the feedback box "Didn't follow instructions" I doubt if drivers ever get reprimanded. Why should I have to spend 3 hours by bus collecting my parcels from a pick up point in Town.

What we need is a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT against Abobe for HIJACKing our computers when we have purchased their product outright -then shutdown programs when we are in the middle of working on a design! their "FIX" is so incredibly complicated -they don't guarantee that it won't permanently mess up files!!!

Google have taken 45 transactions out…

Google have taken 45 transactions out of my bank and I cant get hold of anyone to sort. There stupid system asks for a number of the bank which I provided and it still comes up with error message. Infuriating, I started a case against them but its not done by a human. Then get told to use a site chat with volunteers who can't help. Apparently they don't have UK support either email or phone no so they don't have to deal with their issues. It's time to remove all Google products and services from our lives, second time in 3 months.

Totally let down.

Ordered a gift for Christmas on 18th December with guaranteed delivery before 25th. Card transaction went through with confirmation of order from El Corte Ingles. By 23rd heard nothing so called on phone. Told there was a problem so order ignored! No one let me know, customer service seemed totally uninterested, consequently no Christmas present. Do yourself a favour and do not use El Corte Ingles, go to the brands original site to make your purchase. I will NEVER use El Corte Ingles again.

Seller Cancels My Requests Without a Word. Customer Service Just Watches.

I placed an order and asked to cancel it later that same day. That’s all. But the seller completely ignored me, then canceled my request without saying a single word.So I contacted customer service, hoping someone would step in. Instead, they gave me a weak excuse saying the product needed customization—which it absolutely does not. They told me to just sit and wait for the seller.I sent another cancellation request. The seller never replied. One day later, they canceled that one too. No explanation, no response. Just me, completely ignored again.I reached out to support again, laying everything out. But instead of helping, they came at me aggressively and told me I had to wait 20 days for some so-called “refund guarantee” to kick in. They refused to talk to the seller. Refused to help. Just told me to wait while they held my money.So let’s sum this up: the seller ghosts me, cancels my cancellation requests behind the scenes, and the support team does absolutely nothing to fix it. I followed every rule, and I’m stuck. No communication, no resolution, no refund.This whole experience has been awful, and I’m exhausted from being dismissed at every turn. Bad unethical scumbag company

Bad unethical scumbag company. They literally purposively tried to harm me and put me in dangerous area and circumstance to harm me, they should be arrested, need lawyer to sue them but didn't record the call. Car broke down in bad dangerous area with gangsters and was in freezing cold and called for tow cause clutch went out and needed to go home several miles away. Lady answered mean and said sound drunk cause mumble and have speech issues and she refused to call AAA and said call cops on me and had to try and sleep in my car half frozen till morning when someone else answered and sent tow truck. Disgusting employees and company 😔

I regret spending two years of subscription. The stories specially about Africa can’t be trusted. You have to ask who is telling the story. Sometimes it is from hearsay and without proof. A case in point is how the conflict in Ethiopia was reported by journalists who are thousands of miles away and those of us reliving and on the ground could not believe the deliberate false narratives.
