I ordered an itme for ~$2,000 USD. It was never delivered because it was legally blocked from entering my country due to transportation regulations. FedEx and the seller confirmed this.I submitted multiple disputes, all documentation, and contacted AliExpress support through every available channel. I even sent formal complaints to their complaint and legal teams — no one has responded.AliExpress Buyer Protection failed completely on a high-value order. I'm now forced to consider legal and public actions to recover my funds. All the Support in AliExpress do is open a ticket for refunds team (Which I have done more than 10 times) - Thier reply is automatic and they do not respond to reply to the email.So, I have no way of talking to anyone in a conversation that can make a decision.
