AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I have ordered an item from AliExpress nearly a month ago and they have taken a large amount of money for an item. No item and no refund. They have asked for details of payment, transaction ID from the bank all of which I have given to them but they still can’t find my order. Keeps going around in circles. They get all the information and then say as we haven’t received the right information they close the case until I email them again. Online customer services are useless and try to be very polite and friendly but essentially do nothing. Do not use! Scammers and thieves. Should not be allowed to operate. Do not order anything from them. Look at all the bad reviews.
