Doesn’t even merit a one! Engineer needs to come to us to take a SIM card out. Messages to my husband are going straight to voicemail without leaving a number, won’t speak to me on my number even though registered. I suggested phone on my phone and I will pass to him. Won’t even do that. Absolute rubbish, all to pick up a SIM card fgs!!!!
Review of eventbrite
Event Brite is a terrible platform - I set up a free event for yoga and they suspended my account saying I violated some terms. When I reached out to them on instagram they were not even interested in resolving the issue...i have heard of 3 strikes but this wasnt even one! suspended for soliciting when offering free yoga!!
Review of booking
Worst experience in my time as a traveler. The property double booked, leaving us stranded at Heathrow, with two small children for 2 hours. Both live agents from Booking hung up the phone on me and were not able to find a suitable property near the one I had booked. No help was offered to find something near the area, no help was offered to pay the cost difference for a last minute fair and a comical 51.31 GBP total was offered to help cover the difference. Have you guys been to London? You can't buy breakfast for 51 GBP. So instead of being able to make some easy meals at the apartment, we had to book a hotel and eat out for every meal. I'll never book through Due to this horrifying experience, I'll never go through Booking.com again.
Review of animoto
What an amazing product. It’s now genuinely easy for me to produce high quality video content quickly for my business and my clients. Customer service was brilliant. I look forward to using this more and more as part of my product offering to my customers.

Been paying the ICO £40 year after year because I have to yet I have never seen one benefit from them. Then the one year I need them to help resolve a data breach by another company they go awol. Six months so far and counting. They never pick up the phone, don't answer emails. Utterly pointless organisation that needs to be disbanded along with a whole host of government backed organisations that are a waste of space.
Review of CNN
Years ago everyone turned to CNN for up-to-the-minute worldwide news. CNN was able to report news where it was happening and when it was happening through a clear lens. CNN has unfortunately evolved into a perpetrator of sleeze and garbage. Reporting facts is the furthest thing from their editors’ minds. CNN is now committed to delivering altered messaging and deceitful content. Most appalling is that misinformation and distortion of facts is now CNN’s sole raison d’etre. Their extremely low ratings is most likely the reason they can attract only the bottom-of-the-barrel staff.
Review of aliexpress
They'll lure you into using their website with huge discounts, but will pull out the coupons from under you like a rug pull as soon as you give them your credit card info.I lost my welcome bonus when I ordered something that had a different sale going on. They don't care and wouldn't allow me to use it on my next cart. Everything is so robotic and set-in-stone, I've also heard from friends they don't refund if you've problems with customs so that's off-putting too.I'm done with this app and will move on to Temu with its excellent support and no this is not a paid review, I'm talking from personal experience and how differently the customer support handles exceptions like these. Their support actually gives a shit. Use literally any alternative, because they'll leave you hanging when you need anything at all.EDIT after first reply: The information they asked for is order number, which is irrelevant in this situation. It points to the order which didn't make use of welcome bonus. They've been dismissive in the past, saying welcome bonus is only for new users, although I'm actually a returning user, who wanted to make use of the deal which they stole away from me in the end because I already gave them my new information by supplying them with my new credit card/location info.I hope to re-acquire the coupon, or compensated in some way. Both times I tried with contact support on their website they rejected any compensation citing only first order is valid for this coupon, refusing to assist.EDIT 2: And absolutely nothing changed. No reinstatement of the coupon or any compensation at all. Here's the email I've got as a result of this review:After verification, you have had an order (REDACTED ORDER NUMBER) before. Therefore, you are no longer considered a new user and are not eligible for this benefit....Thanks a lot, you've been nothing but a waste of time and furthered my disappointment 🤡. I will absolutely prefer Temu and other alternatives over Aliexpress now.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! I have ordered an item from AliExpress nearly a month ago and they have taken a large amount of money for an item. No item and no refund. They have asked for details of payment, transaction ID from the bank all of which I have given to them but they still can’t find my order. Keeps going around in circles. They get all the information and then say as we haven’t received the right information they close the case until I email them again. Online customer services are useless and try to be very polite and friendly but essentially do nothing. Do not use! Scammers and thieves. Should not be allowed to operate. Do not order anything from them. Look at all the bad reviews.
Review of aaa
Im tatally dissapointed with aaa service, First it took about an hr to set up my road service on the app I was transfered to, Second the first tow truck arrived just to tell me he needed a bigger tow truck to tow my utility truck, Third when the second tow truck arrived another hr later which was the same one as the first tow truck just to tell me my utility truck could not be towed for being a utility truck which is a small size utility truck only weighing 5600 lbs coulld not be towed due to being a utility truck. The tow truck driver told me to wait because he needed to make a call l, half an hr later came back just to tell me aaa did not allow him to tow my truck. It was soo frustrating waisted almost 3 hrs when all thwy had to do is tell me either on the app or first tow truck they could not help me and everything would of being fine on my end....by the way I called a random towing company which arrived only 15 minutes from my call with a half the size of the aaa tow truck and towed my utilyty truck without a question. I will post this message to google and safary web to let people know of my experience and to advertize this other awesome towing company. FORGET AAA!!
Review of aaa
Disappointed is the best thing I can say. There should be a "Zero" Star Rating.I've been a customer for 40 years. Paid the membership fee for 40 years for four family members - not a small amount in total. Probably have used them 4 times in the 40-year period.Mine was a towing experience - like others. And AAA is great on promises, but their "3rd Party Vendor" selection process - especially for Tow companies - has to have a pretty low bar.No details to provide but suffice it to say that AAA took the words of a Tow Driver over a 40-year customer and determined that they could not underwrite a loss caused by the driver.Canceled my membership and regret not taking a good long look at this a while back. If you are calling AAA for a Tow, one recommendation is to videotape the entire tow connection and hauling - if you can. That's the 'evidence' they needed to underwrite on my behalf. How many consumers traumatized by having to have their vehicle towed - possess the mindset to videotape the guy dispensed by AAA to help them? Very low attention to customer needs by AAA. Extremely low!

Review of domain
I turned to Domain.com because they could offer the domain name I wanted. Before purchase, I contacted their support to ensure that Wordpress installation was included (Wordpress is a free software). That email address and a few other things were also included. I got the answer yes to all my questions and bought a website. When I went to my website, there was none of what I asked for. I contacted them and asked why and was told that I had to pay extra for that. I refused and asked them to refund me. The person I chatted with was very pushy and took a long time to relent and accept a refund. He also said that due to the bank, it could take up to 5-7 days (I have been doing international bank transactions every month for more than 10 years and it has never taken more than 3 banking days). I also had him send me an email confirming the refund. Now, about a month after the purchase, I still have not received a refund even though I brought it up with them several times. I have sent them copies of my bank statement which shows that there is no international payment except one from myself and no amounts paid even close to what they would refund. They claim that their system says that a refund has been made and that I should talk to my bank, which I have done and they confirms that there have been no payments of any kind from Domain.com or deposits at all beyond what I have made myself. But that's not something Domain.com listens to. On August 9th, I received an order confirmation from Domain.com for something I had not ordered. On August 10, I contacted them again and told them that I had still not received a refund and that I had not ordered the product for which I had received an order confirmation the day before. Just like with previous contacts, a lot of nagging about them sending a refund and so on. Before the chat ended, I asked if he had canceled the new order that I didn't ordered and received confirmation that he had. A couple of hours later I received a message from my bank that my bank card was used in the US for payment to Domain.com and for the exact amount as the new order that I never ordered. It should be noted that my debit card is new and has never been used for anything other than cash withdrawals (non-US) and my first payment to Domain.com. Stay away from this company. They are liars all the way.Below are some Marissa from Domain. com writing that they will help me to resolve this and that she have send me a mail so we can work all this out. Today, one day after she wrote that she had mailed me, I still have not got that mail. So as I say above, they are scammers, and they not only steal your money they also steal your time. Two days after Marissa, here in a public place, wrote that she had sent me a mail, but still, she has not. Maybe she used the same fake software that says Domain.com has refunded me.I could prove everything I have written by documentation and copies of my bank account. Domain. com has so far not shown proof of anything more than that they are scammers. In fact, I get an mail from Domain.com on July 31 where they said that I should check the ARN number, in other places they call it AA number. Of course that could have been useful if they in that mail had given the AA number but they did not. That mail had to be answered within 72 hours otherwise the issue was as seen solved. Just to make it clear. During those 72 hours I discuss the problem with the support team an never said that I was happy with what had been done, but the mail lived its own life and closed the case after 72 hours. Let me be very clear. There is no country in the world that accept that a dispute is to be seen as closed after 72 hours. Especially not if it still is an alive dispute. Once again a trick from Domain.com to make you feel that they are right. But they are not. They are just a big scammer. It has now gone more than 2 weeks since Domain.com, on this site, declared that they will contact me. It still has not happened. Is there still anyone who does not believe they are scammers? Late, my time, on August 30 I get a mail from Domain.com with the subject "Sitejabber" saying that if I not was satisfied with how Domain.com have handle my case I should contact the chat (Domain.com).On September first I contacted the chat, tell the reason (the mail) and that I not was satiesfied. I also tell that I not had the time to sitting waiting and asked that they mail me when they had solved the problem. included where all documents (including copy of my bank accounts accounting from August 1 to September 1. Domain.com reference number to the case and other proof for the case. Several times I explained that I did not have the time to sit waiting. When we after 45 minutes not come any further than that (s)he wrote that (s)he understood my concerns I terminated the chat. Obviously, they are not interested of solving the case, just delay itNew fake bill.

Review of americanexpress
I could not be any more displeased with my experience with American express. I had countless conversations with heartless reps who don't care if I am trying to pay off debt or not. I was told that my balance was one number, around $8500, and I begged them to please give me the full payoff including recent charges, and I paid that balance given by balance transfer. Well then they dropped a $700 charge on and called it "recent charges" after the balance transfer was complete. Then when I paid that down to zero, while at the same time closing the account, I got a new notification that my closed account has a $5.00 unpaid balance. So I pay that. I just know they'll report it to the credit bureaus or come up with an interest weight charge in may for cents on the dollar and then report that to the credit bureaus as an unpaid balance. They are scam artists. No wonder so many stores don't take am ex.
