Never shopping there again. Ordered a backpack and the listing claimed that it ships from a country within the EU. That would mean the seller has to follow EU rules and it made me believe that I can return the backpack if the colour doesn't match the listing. The backpack arrived much later than estimated, the seller admitted it was shipped from overseas (China). AND the colour DID NOT MATCH the listing. At this point the seller stopped responding to my messages and ignored me completely. Now there's an issue - I can't return the backpack. After opening the case with Aliexpress and proving I was deceived by the shipping information and that the backpack's colour is so different, they provided a solution that I can return the backpack for a refund. I shipped it to the address provided by the seller. But here's a surprise! The seller DID NOT ACCEPT the package and it was returned back to me, for which I also had to pay. Now I'm out of the money for the backpack and double the amount of the return shipping. I submitted all proof with Aliexpress, all explanation. It took one screenshot from the seller, of a random Chinese site, (not the official postal service I used and shared with them) which showed no tracking, for them to close the case without refund and refuse any appeals. THIS IS A SCAM. There is no buyer protection. Aliexpress sides with the seller who scams people. Never shopping there again and you shouldn't either.
