I have bought a mobile on Amazon. Unfortunately they send me wrong item. So i send it back and claim for refund. And guess what???? They sand me email that they will not refund me. Also i get message that my accopnt will be closed. What the heck??? I was loyal customer for several yeras paying fee for prime. And now thay just scam me!!!!! So..... To all potential Amayon customers + DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AMAZON - IF YOU SEND IT BACK YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR REFUND CAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND WANT TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS COMNAY LIKE A PLAGUE!!!

Used Quickbooks for 3+ years, they wouldn’t allow my accountant to access the account to transfer data without resubscribing. They said to resubscribe, grant the access and then request the refund. They charged me the full amount and then refused the refund request.

I second every review here regarding Hootsuite's bad customer service & account cancellation system. DO NOT go for their free trial period, it's a trap! This company is a SCAMMER, big time! They don't even deserve a 1 star. Run for your life, your time & money are worth investing elsewhere. I didn't check their Trustpilot review when I joined their free trial, my bad, and I truly regret it! Now there's no way I can get my money back.

I have been using deepl to translate from Dutch to German for several year. although I speak fluent German as second language deepl keeps on surprising me bij using words and sentences I did not think about.Recently my wife was communicating with someone in Russia and I recommended here to use deepl. At some point she told the other person she was using deepl to translate from Dutch to Russian. His remark was I though you had studied Russian as your writing was so good. A good compliment for deepl and he is using this now to communicate from Russian to other languages.I have tried other translators in the past but none can come close to deepl.

Never shopping there again. Ordered a backpack and the listing claimed that it ships from a country within the EU. That would mean the seller has to follow EU rules and it made me believe that I can return the backpack if the colour doesn't match the listing. The backpack arrived much later than estimated, the seller admitted it was shipped from overseas (China). AND the colour DID NOT MATCH the listing. At this point the seller stopped responding to my messages and ignored me completely. Now there's an issue - I can't return the backpack. After opening the case with Aliexpress and proving I was deceived by the shipping information and that the backpack's colour is so different, they provided a solution that I can return the backpack for a refund. I shipped it to the address provided by the seller. But here's a surprise! The seller DID NOT ACCEPT the package and it was returned back to me, for which I also had to pay. Now I'm out of the money for the backpack and double the amount of the return shipping. I submitted all proof with Aliexpress, all explanation. It took one screenshot from the seller, of a random Chinese site, (not the official postal service I used and shared with them) which showed no tracking, for them to close the case without refund and refuse any appeals. THIS IS A SCAM. There is no buyer protection. Aliexpress sides with the seller who scams people. Never shopping there again and you shouldn't either.

Unsubscribing is too time consuming. Every other subscription service that I have encountered allows you to cancel easily. The Economist make you select unsubscribe, then click that you don't want the alternatives which they offer, and then you still have to call them or use live chat. When you make it clear that you want to unsubscribe and that you are busy, they continue to offer different subscriptions. It is frustrating and unprofessional, and out of line with the quality of the journalism and product. I don't know how The Economist is happy to give such awful customer service.
