They don't care and wouldn't allow me to use it on my next cart. Everything is so robotic and set-in-stone, I've also heard from friends they don't refund if you've problems with customs so that's off-putting too.I'm done with this app and will move on to Temu with its excellent support and no this is not a paid review, I'm talking from personal experience and how differently the customer support handles exceptions like these.
