Good prices & resolve unsent items well.One problem is they use a very bad carrier in the UK : Evri. Even when this usless carrier's driver "losses" the item, Evri take no responsibility. They send numerous emails from their so called "customer service", they do absolutely nothing.AliExpress should use the Royal Mail or any other carrier in the UK. The driver said he couldn't find it and would deliver later. He did not deliver it later. The same happened by a different parcel shop on 2 other packages. Evri pretend to have customer service but the have none. The email a lot and when they can't find the parcels they have via their drivers have lost, they give up completely & say to get in touch with AliExpress. Evri have no customer service whatsoever and are the worst delivery agents in the UK. AliExpress should get a better uk delivery agent or take the hit for Evri's lack of responsibility for its errors.
