The organisation of the webinars (invitations, reminders, the existence of recording option) is done very well. However I am still not able to figure out how I can make a slideshow presentation with its features (sounds, animations etc) with a GetResponse webinar. A modern presentation has embedded animations, videos, sounds etc and if I can't show them to the audience, I am missing a lot of the impact I want to make on my potential clients in order to make them buy my products. This is definitely an area for improvement.

The origin game launcher is total garbage. Completely incapable of storing saved games on the cloud servers. Loading time for the launcher is horrible, Even on high end computers. Launching a game is just as bad. At any given time I expect the launcher to crash because it's so buggy. It's too bad that a company that produces high end games, Would put zero effort into giving a good user experience.

Like many others I got suspended after I paid.I have set up a new newsletter for my own 100% verified paid customers. After I have upgraded my account and paid, 20 minutes later my account got suspended because I got 3% bounce rate and 2% unsubscribed from the news letter.You can only run a campaign if you can guarantee 0% bounce rate and 0% unsubscription.Otherwise you pay and got suspended instantly. I have purchased directly from LEGO several times over the years, and they have been flawless every time. The orders always arrive quickly, and even those on backorder have come much sooner than expected. Their Insiders reward system is truly outstanding - it is completely free to sign up and you can redeem some online rewards without making any purchases. The rewards points you earn from an order will expire if you don't make another purchase within 18 months, but that seems like a reasonable time frame. I also really appreciate that they ship their products in unmarked boxes so that gift recipients (and porch pirates) won't know that you've ordered LEGO. I have never had a single problem with LEGO.com and I would absolutely buy from them again.

I deleted my card details from my Hootsuite account to ensure it would be cancelled/unsubscribed at the end of the billing period. Despite that, they withdrew more than 1000 euros from my account over Easter weekend. The last communication I received from them was an email confirming my account would be canceled on May 2 because of the removed card details. And, because it's Easter weekend, nobody is manning their customer support chat. I won't be using Hootsuite moving forward because clearly personal info deletion requests aren't being honored.UPDATE: Hootsuite refunded the amount quickly and efficiently.

They send numerous emails from their so called "customer service", they do absolutely nothing.AliExpress should use the Royal Mail or any other carrier in the UK. Evri pretend to have customer service but the have none. The email a lot and when they can't find the parcels they have via their drivers have lost, they give up completely & say to get in touch with AliExpress. Evri have no customer service whatsoever and are the worst delivery agents in the UK. AliExpress should get a better uk delivery agent or take the hit for Evri's lack of responsibility for its errors.

Within minutes thet replied that they found the account but that they wouldn't change the email since it was a free account. Excellent way to attract new customers.
