Wrote a 1 star review which prompted them to email me asking for further information which I sent the same day. They then just ignore you and don't respond. Although you think you are getting a great deal when you get the cheap crap they send out and then have an issue you don't actually save anything. I reckon losing the £23 on the damaged parcel but saved a few quid on other stuff I'm probably even so going to call it a day with AliExpress. It's funny how you reply to these reviews straight away promising to get in touch but you actually NEVER DO.
