About 2 years ago I had a bad experience with Aliexpress not understanding my case so I had to turn to PayPal for a charge back that went smooth and got refunded immediately within 10 minutes. However this time I paid a few hundred £ for an order that turned out to be a scam. As soon as the tracking number was provided. I immediately contacted Aliexpress and they "stepped in". I was in contact with them every day, they were ultra friendly and helpful. From the day I reported the incident, they removed the seller and the 9th day I got full refund landed on my account, whilst the order was "still in transit" (but it's clear for them the freight forwarder doesn't recognise shipping information and format). Based on my experience, if you have a valid reason and nothing is misunderstood, they will help you with one of the best services out there. rom the day I placed the order on the 9th day I got full refunded
