Gig for Reverend Horton Heat cancelled. I satisfy criteria for refund. Eventbrite send automated emails back saying I do not. Bank cannot help because Eventbrite will not tell them what the refund criteria is. Am now in process of going through county court online, to get money back. If court rules in my favour and they still do not repay, the court will retrieve money on my behalf for small fee. I am taking this all the way if I have to. This is unjust and immoral. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Giving a one star is 10 to many.Placed an order on 1/10/2025, Had install done for internet and land line. Still no phone, something is wrong with the install. Had to come back 2/25/2025 and still waiting for the tech to show up. I have called NUMEROUS times to no avail and am on hold now for tech support, suppose to be 5 minutes, but been over 10 minutes and no answer. I wanted to switch back to AT&T to see if anything had gotten better, but I guess not. Even the "Senior Associate In-Home Expert, poor choice of title for Mr Lomax because he sure didn't care enough to call me back Maybe I would be better off going back to Xfinity. Just a follow up on today 2/26/25. After speaking to several people, that apparently don't know what they are doing, ticket was cancelled and reissued for another install for 3/7/25. The phone number was ported from Comcast on 2/25/25 but it is still not active. I am over the level of incompetence from this company. Also the senior associate in home expert that I dealt with on 1/23/2025 needs to learn about customer service and contact the customer when the customer contacts them with the problems. Total lack of customer service and passing of the buck

I would give CNN a zero if I could!!! Everything I read from CNN is politically biased. They talk about disproved allegations of Trump as if it were true. I never read anything about Hunter Biden and President Biden’s criminal allegations at all! CNN misleads the public and is a big part of the problem in this country! Stop spreading lies and misinforming this country and the world! Russian interference in the elections has been disproved. Stop talking about it as if it were true! Stop blaming Trump for what is taking place in Ukraine! He is not the president any longer!

About 2 years ago I had a bad experience with Aliexpress not understanding my case so I had to turn to PayPal for a charge back that went smooth and got refunded immediately within 10 minutes. However this time I paid a few hundred £ for an order that turned out to be a scam. As soon as the tracking number was provided. I immediately contacted Aliexpress and they "stepped in". I was in contact with them every day, they were ultra friendly and helpful. From the day I reported the incident, they removed the seller and the 9th day I got full refund landed on my account, whilst the order was "still in transit" (but it's clear for them the freight forwarder doesn't recognise shipping information and format). Based on my experience, if you have a valid reason and nothing is misunderstood, they will help you with one of the best services out there. rom the day I placed the order on the 9th day I got full refunded

Always have issues with HP Support. Never willing to actually help you and put more effort into making you run in circles. They take forever to reply as they are always "waiting for a response" from someone higher up. It should be simple to just get basic support like booking a technician to come out and do a replacement. Utter Garbage Support.
