Company that cant even ship preordered items on time

I preordered a game that came out on a Friday, with Express shipping. It has now been a week since the game even released, and purolator (also a terrible company) told me that they haven't even recieved my parcel from amazon. Last time I pre ordered a game with Express shipping it was shipped on the Friday it was released and was at my house on Monday, and canda post was on strike! This is just ridiculous. I'm now waiting till at least the 18th (nearly two weeks later!) And purolator STILL doesnt have my package. No shipping info updates or anything. Bad form. Especially before Christmas, save yourselves the headache and just go buy stuff at Walmart.
