The bass finally arrived 4 days late. Bass was well packed and in “as advertised condition”. I was told it came with the gig bag, it didn’t. I was told it would be set-up, it wasn’t.Not sure I’ll be purchasing anything else from Guitar Ctr.

I've been a SIB/Brevo customer for over 8 years, primarily relying on their services to manage large-scale campaigns (120,000 customer lists). Initially, I was satisfied with SIB. However, since the rebranding to Brevo, several issues have arisen:Significant Price Increase: The pricing has increased by an astounding 300%, which is not an exaggeration.Unnecessary Features: I am now required to pay for features I do not need. Out of 10 features, I only require one.Poor Customer Service: The customer service has deteriorated significantly. The representatives are "friendly" but lack helpfulness and a solution-oriented approach. Resolving any issue requires going back and forth through over ten emails with a non-English speaking person.Over the past 2-3 years, the service quality has declined, and today marks the breaking point. Since March, I have been unable to log in. Each login attempt prompts me to contact customer service, and resetting my password has not resolved the issue. Despite reaching out more than four times, I received no response. Eventually, I used an alternative contact form (not the one provided on the login screen) and managed to get through to Brevo. However, after a back-and-forth exchange, Brevo informed me that I need to renew for another year before they grant me access.To summarize: I have been unable to log in for three months. My yearly plan was up for renewal seven days ago, and now I am being forced to renew before gaining access to my own customer data. Goodbye, Brevo. This level of service is incredibly unacceptable!

Suspended, read the help section, removed all the people ( people who had signed up a long time ago ) who had not engaged in any newsletters for quite some time, but still suspended, no reply last time from customer support, and no reply this time. I dont believe it was correct to suspend us, but if you do at least provide some customer support, as others have said, in my experience it does not exist.

Worst insurance company ever! Please do not use them. I have AAA roadside assistance, auto and renters insurance and I am cancelling all of it! I had an auto accident, was hit by an uninsured motorist, they did NOTHING to get payment from the uninsured motorist. I recently needed to change my auto pay banking account and you would have thought I was trying to open my own bank. NO ONE would help or call me back as they said they would. I spoke to a woman, Sarinthia, who was so obnoxious and condescending it confirmed it's time to dump them and move on. Please do not use this company.

After delivering over 1400 lessons with seriousness and professionalism as a tutor on Preply, in May 2025, my profile was suspended without any prior notice and without being given the opportunity to present my side of the story.The accusations were based on one-sided and undocumented reports, and I was never granted access to the evidence used to justify the decision. Despite sending a formal legal notice and a follow-up letter from my lawyer, Preply has completely ignored all communications, refusing any form of direct discussion.Even more contradictory is the way they handled other situations where I had asked to stop working with certain students due to repeated scheduling issues and problematic behavior. In those cases, Preply ignored my concerns and insisted I reach an agreement with the student. But when I was the one being reported, they moved straight to a permanent suspension, offering no chance to explain myself.Moreover, some lessons remained active on my calendar even after the suspension, which caused confusion among students and further harmed my professional reputation.I have submitted a formal complaint to the Data Protection Authority, as Preply’s conduct appears to violate the principles of transparency, fairness, and the right to defend oneself, as outlined in the GDPR.Preply has demonstrated an arbitrary and unbalanced approach, placing greater weight on student reports, even when unsubstantiated and completely failing to protect the rights of tutors, who are the core of the platform.

Designmodo gather to the web design and web development community. It's a truly fantastic company that help make design more beautiful and professional. I think their recent release Postcards – the Drag and Drop email template builder - proves how good they are. It's so easy to use a child can manage it. Beautifully coded templates that work on all platforms, desktop, laptop, mobile and are just clean and beautiful throughout. The pre-designed header, content, footer etc are precise and stylish. I love almost everything with it and it saves a lot of time for those with little time on hand. My only objection perhaps is that some of the frameworks feel a bit pricey.I haven't had a need to use their support feature yet so I cannot give feedback on it. But I am sure it's as good as all the other work they do.
