After lots of emails and phone calls they finally told me that because it is not in Japanese they will not post it. If you want to sell internationally you must use English! If not just close your website for the rest of the world. I am buying from Amazon located all over the world, Germany, US, France, UK. It is the first time that this has happen to me.
