Terrible Customer Service-Still NO RESPONSE

Okay, it's been 4 days and STILL NO REPONSE. It appears GetResponse has no intention of responding to my ticket or even providing an update. Again, the worst customer service in the business.I emailed you Taylor on Wednesday but didn't get any response from you or anyone else:"Greetings TaylorIs this what it's going to take to get an update from "support" from GetResponse? I have asked multiple times for an update and "support" refuses to respond. This has got to be the worst customer support I have ever experienced. Perhaps support is thinking "...maybe if we ignore him long enough, he'll go away and stop bothering us..."That certainly appears to be the case. Since this email, I figured out a work around no thanks to GetResponse "support". "So now you're ignoring me too..... oh brother this is unbelievable.

It’s an app that studies your play and you get the feeling you are not playing online with people all over the world. Suddenly you lose lose lose. It’s like an app that enriches itself from players all over the world. I read your reply but what i am saying is it doesn’t mean chess.com doesn’t apply bots to enrich someone. How can I lose 300 points with in 1hour. Lose streak you mean??? Is that not kind of very very suspicious? You can‘t convince me sorry. I know what I see so save your words mate.

Unwanted chargeable texts

Like many others opentable triggered a charge for confirming that I would be turning up to my restaurant booking. I appreciate why restaurants use this service but as a customer I think the cost benefit is with the restaurant and therefore it is for them to cover opentable’s costs.

Charged for a subscription I never agreed to

I bought a single course on Domestika and was later charged for a yearly Domestika Plus subscription without my consent. At no point during checkout was it clearly stated that I was signing up for a recurring payment.This feels deceptive and misleading.

Answers or solutions are most of the time incorrect.To Chegg's reply. I know how to report it. I report every wrong or incomplete solution. This has happened several times. Chegg needs to do better to ensure proper and correct solutions are being provided. I like to learn the steps to solutions so I know how to work out my own answer. (the solutions do not pertain to my particular question, but to learn how to solve it is important) Most solutions I view are not correct or incomplete.

They ask me for a review, and they rejected it based on some list of rules.My review was highly positive and was not on the forbidden list! After lots of emails and phone calls they finally told me that because it is not in Japanese they will not post it. If you want to sell internationally you must use English! If not just close your website for the rest of the world. I am buying from Amazon located all over the world, Germany, US, France, UK. It is the first time that this has happen to me.

read all the details of a game before i bought it, siad i only needed playstaion plus to play online features but after paying for it and installing but it does not allow me to play and these people will noy give the money back, so i have a full game that is impossible for me to ever play and still they wont give money back.

Don't fall for the free trial

Good image selection, horrible business practices. - The language when signing up for a free trial or a plan is tricky because they lead you to believe that the price you see will be for the year. In fact, that price is a MONTHLY rate and it cannot be cancelled unless you contact them. - They don't send confirmation emails when charging your card. I only learned when cancelling my account that the receipts are stored in your online profile. I can imagine some people "set it and forgot it" in terms of the Shutterstock charges, which I believe is one of their tactics. - Agents are not helpful. I asked what the cancellation procedure is, and they responded "I can start the process now." What exactly is the process? I'll tell you what, one part of the process is getting charged an early cancellation fee for getting out of one of their "365-day" plans. I thought no way would they charge me a fee to cancel... but they do to recoup the cost of your savings of getting charged annually instead of a monthly one, which was never an option in the first place. The moral of the story is to spend your time and money elsewhere. Don't fall into the money pit that is Shutterstock.

National trust restaurant…

I went to the national trust restaurant on the white cliffs at Dover. My Daughter and I had a bakewell slice each. Both slices were horrible, with very little taste. What taste there was seemed very 'plasticky' and neither of us ate them. I took them back to the counter to tell the staff. The manager was called and all he seemed to care about was making excuses for the product and saying that it was very popular. He then said he would bring the refund to our table. After 15 minutes we were ready to go; no refund so my Daughter went to get it. She was told that the manager was on a break and they had to phone him to authorise the payment. They then refunded the cost of one cake so I had to go and get the rest. I realise that things can go wrong but the manager's priority should have been customer satisfaction and not excuses.I would like to add that the counter staff were lovely.

I am beyond frustrated with HP’s…

I am beyond frustrated with HP’s warranty service. I purchased a $4000 laptop just six months ago, and it has been nothing but trouble. The GPU died, and I sent it in for repairs, which took three weeks. Now, the laptop is dead again, and HP is making me wait another four weeks without any resolution.Despite being told multiple times that they have a replacement unit, they later backtrack and say they don’t. They promised to repair it, but nothing has been done. This is unacceptable for a high-end product that’s only six months old. HP, this is a joke. I need a replacement or a refund immediately. We ❤️ Designmodo

We're a small Boston based non-profit helping low-to-moderate income families make their college dreams come true. We have limited resources and a ton of design requirements. So when we needed to whip up some email templates and a website prototype - Designmodo was a great option! They made the live prototyping easier for us, saving us a ton of time, money, and headache!Not to mention their email design tool Postcards is just awesome. If you need support their docs are great, their support team is even better! Oh, and they're extremely supportive of non-profit organizations like ours!We love designmodo and their tools.

I wish I could give zero stars to this just only cause of the awful customer service. I had a subscription for a very reasonable price which I couldn’t keep to use cause I failed to have the funds ready at them right time; even tho I contacted them 4 times about the matter and they assured me that the system would charge me before the date my account would expire it didn’t happen; they suggested to resubscribe at almost double the price. Contacted customer service for email and been dealing with 4 different people that couldn’t be bothered to read any of my email where explained 4 times what was the matter. The courses may be good but man they have no clue of what customer service is!

No Response My Emailsl on Abe's Website

Ordered a book which was advertised as good condition. It arrived in poor condition because of old and very yellowing pages, pen writing and green highlighting. To the touch, the book felt unpleasant as if it was poorly stored in conditions without care. All this was detailed in emails without response. Since AbeBooks knew I needed it urgently, their lack of response only caused me to buy the book again elsewhere. They did not refund the money. The book probably belongs in the garbage because I won't use it.
