Shame there is no zero rating as that's all they deserve. They sent a parcel meant for my father to the wrong address, then calmly told me today to "wait three days" before they would do anything about it. Amazon actively hold your money just long enough for interest to tick over before providing refunds etc. DO NO SHOP AT AMAZON.
