They delete accounts after low activity but they will still be linked to your consoles. But you can't login to your account so you can't play online. What a joke for a company like that. spent several hours fixing this problems and some of the supportes did not have the skills while others were rude.

Shame there is no zero rating as that's all they deserve. They sent a parcel meant for my father to the wrong address, then calmly told me today to "wait three days" before they would do anything about it. Amazon actively hold your money just long enough for interest to tick over before providing refunds etc. DO NO SHOP AT AMAZON.

I refuse to go to Opentable to book. Reasons a plenty given by other commenters with which I agree. Plus, many times they state that nothing available in the time slot I am looking for. Called the resto and voila...plenty of time slots to choose from. Bypass these people and book directly. Ah, and if you have a problem with their system, good luck reaching customer service. I do not know how this place stays in business. I was told wrong information about a return by Cynthia and Cater who are the store managers. They told me that if I called Best Buy Corpotate and got an approval for a return they would accept my return. After 45 minutes speaking with customer service I took my phone back into the store so Best Buy Corporate could speak to them about approving the return and the General Manager Jody Johnson STILL refused. I had a death in the family and explained that to her multiple times and she still would not even give me a store credit. Now I’m out over $200. Never again! If I could leave no stars I would!

I can’t actually access the free course I was trying to take because the ‘are you human’? test is too stringent! I don’t know how many pages of staircases, motorbikes, fire hydrants, cars or bridges they expect me to click on before they finally advise me that I’m human enough (or not) to access their Finance for Non-Finance Managers, but I imagine I’ll feel so drained by the validation process that I won’t be in a learning mindset by then - and will I have to go through the same ordeal next time I log in? Either I’m literally not able to spot some of the sneaky little motorbikes or staircases, or they really do expect everyone to go through several rounds of validation, whichever is the case, I definitely wouldn’t pay for a course that required me to jump through this number of hoops. As it was a free course and they’re not the sole provider of courses on this topic, I’ll be trying LinkedIn learning or one of the many other platforms thank you!
