Following purchase of a product on the Amazon platform,which were found to be faulty, I followed the process to return, printing a label and having to pay postage. Only to receive the package back days later as the addressee refused to accept it. On taking this up on a live chat the agent agreed for Amazon to refund and dispose of the goods. Now they have informed me this decision has been resinded.....Where are consumer rights and Amazon operating the law of the jungle?
