Iv been shopping with amazon for years and i order 3 thinks that where ment to come two was ment to come yesterday one on Saturday then that one from Saturday got pushed to Tuesday and the other two items that were meant to be delivered yesterday got delayed I rang up Amazon and had an argument with the woman over the phone because she was trying to say that the transaction was declined yet the payment was taken from my bank. the woman i spoke to kept speaking over me not letting me get a word in telling me to contact my bank if the transaction has been taken from the bank then it means that Amazon got paid so it has nothing to do with the bank. It’s to do with Amazon‘s error but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame it on me and the bank. Once the funds have been taken from my bank, it is Amazon’s responsibility to make sure my order gets here for what I paid for their problems and their errors are a problem. They need to deal with not me not the bank.
