Disgraceful is the nicest thing I can say about the customer service. They “Lost” my bag for 4 days!! Claiming it’s not their fault because another passenger took my bag, they didn’t “lose” it?! Well that may be the case but taking 4 days to recover my bag IS YOUR FAULT and RESPONSABILiTY!!You have full details of Every person on your flight. Names, phone numbers, email, address and still you did not or more accurately could not be bothered enough to trace and recover my bag and left me wearing the same clothes and unable to enjoy my holiday because any respectable bar, restaurant, club would not let me in wearing shorts and t-shirt!! And then refuse me any compensation claiming it's not your fault, when it damn well is! you are very capable of tracing your passenger and recovering my bag in 12hrs not 4 days! And now you refuse to respond directly with me and force me to communicate through a portal, where you say you will respond in 30! days. 60 days later and i am still not being treated like a customer should. just take my money and give me the finger!! So its come to this!! Do i have your attention now?!

Iv been shopping with amazon for years and i order 3 thinks that where ment to come two was ment to come yesterday one on Saturday then that one from Saturday got pushed to Tuesday and the other two items that were meant to be delivered yesterday got delayed I rang up Amazon and had an argument with the woman over the phone because she was trying to say that the transaction was declined yet the payment was taken from my bank. the woman i spoke to kept speaking over me not letting me get a word in telling me to contact my bank if the transaction has been taken from the bank then it means that Amazon got paid so it has nothing to do with the bank. It’s to do with Amazon‘s error but instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame it on me and the bank. Once the funds have been taken from my bank, it is Amazon’s responsibility to make sure my order gets here for what I paid for their problems and their errors are a problem. They need to deal with not me not the bank.

Their online assistance is completely inadequate. On the payment page, the Debit card and security code fields were absolutely dead. It was impossible to enter the required numbers. I contacted support twice, for advice, but immediately upon hearing of my difficulty, both assistants 'disconnected' from the chat without providing even a word of advice. I was absolutely polite and agreeable throughout. Unacceptable.

I purchased a Seeking Alpha subscription and in my quick review of the documents I agreed to, I did not notice an automatic renewal policy. Let's be honest, how many of us analytically review every paragraph of these documents? As a consumer, an automatic renewal policy, with a "Strict Policy" of 30 days for a refund, is important and should be highlighted and not buried in the document towards the end. In my case, I was not getting any benefit from my subscription and was unaware of the auto-renew provision. Seeking Alpa made no contact to remind me, their customer, that renewal was coming up and their strict policy against refunds. The subscription charge went through near the beginning of my credit card cycle. Twenty-six days later, at the close of the credit card cycle, the bill was mailed to me. I reviewed the bill several days after receipt and contacted Seeking Alpha promptly by email and wrote their "customer service" department:In reviewing my credit card statement I saw a charge for $256.93 on November 11, 2022. This charge was not authorized by me as the card holder. Kindly refund the charge and provide a confirmation email to that effect.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.Donald B. Hallowes Their response is as follows: Hi Donald,Thanks for the message.Unfortunately, we’d be unable to refund the charge for this service as we have a strict no-refund policy for these services.Also, the our Cancellation and Refund policy, agreed upon by you at the time of purchase clearly state that the payment is not refundable. In light of the above stated, I am hoping for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.We truly value your support. Many of us still have credit cards with 25 day payment periods from receipt of the bill. With Seeking Alpha, your time period could well have run by the TIME YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU HAVE BEEN BILLED. Mr. Saxena will then politely remind you of their "Strict (very self serving) 30 day) refund policy.Personally, seeking Alpha and their affiliates will never see another dollar of my money. I believe it is clear that Seeking Alpha is desperate for funds.

I’ve already reached out multiple times to Agoda’s customer service and provided all the requested details, including my Agoda Booking ID (478373539), lead guest name (Asma Ali), Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to the issue.To recap, the booking error resulted in being assigned the wrong room type, which was much smaller and less comfortable than what I had booked. This review is solely for killerton woods part of killerton house Devon.First walk in Killerton woods for a long time, we went to see the bluebells. These woods I have played in, gone on training runs and now at 75 have been walking for over 63 years. What a disaster. the National Trust has decimated. Where there were carpets of bluebells there is only a few trying to push through the stinging nettles and brambles. The sides of the walks, where there were rhododendrons is now 3/6 ft high in brambles. Shame on the National Trust and whoever ordered the culling of the rhododendrons saying they were not a native species. Native or not they aided the growth of all the wild flowers, keeping brambles and stinging nettles down and also added to the colour and beauty themselves. What we have left now is a mess of what was beautiful walks overtaken by brambles and nettles not allowing anything else to grow.Michael May National Trust member

Driver cancelled ride was left in the cold stranded with my 10 year old and eight year old with no way to contact customer service or no way to book another ride because my money was pending have to wait 5 to 7 days for refund I would recommend everyone to boycott Lyft and never use them.Horrible no way to contact love person shit Lyft down horrible service

From where to start. Support not speaking english, hanging up. Their system not working for direct debit, then they requesting full history of charges in past 3 mounths as a standard procedure. And treating you like a fraudster for 600e points on platinum for flights are usless, their card is not acceped in most of the places in spainwhen banks realise that they need clients, more then clients need them they will all collapse.
