Amazon sent me DOG FOOD instead of my £430 order – and now they won’t help!I’ve been a loyal Amazon UK customer for years, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. So apparently, they only allow positive feedback and silence people who have real complaints.I never thought Amazon would treat its customers like this, but after this experience, I don’t trust them anymore.
