Review of flipsnack
I'm a Marketing Manager and whomever I'm working for, I introduce Flipsnack and flipbooks as a premiere marketing tool. Some employers were like, "Well, I don't know if that will work for us. We've never done it that way." So, I'd spend about 30-40 minutes, depending on the length of the flipbook and content, images required, bring it back to them to see and they're all obsessed and now want me to create flipbooks for all kinds of things! Told you! Lol. Sales have skyrocketed.Flipsnack has elevated my marketing skills, it's easy to use, high tech, and very professional looking. It makes the competition pale in comparison. I highly recommend Flipsnack. I've been creating beautiful flipbooks with them for years, which has greatly attributed to my personal success, as well as for any company that I work for.

Shocking customer service,if I could have given them zero stars, I would have, I booked for one of their events, sadly the person with whom I was attending took ill, and was unable to go, not wishing to go alone I requested a refund, (to which I was entitled to do), I initially heard nothing from them, after a second email, I received a blunt reply simply stating, “I’m afraid refunds are not permitted”, if this is the case why does their website have an option to request a refund?. I replied to them saying that I will never give any business to their company again, and would strongly advise others to avoid them at all cost!!!.

This company is a SCAM. I have something on my credit report already because AT&T sent me 2 different numbers. I only picked one of the SIM cards, and I was using that number for years. Then I started getting mail from a collection company saying that I had $250 worth of debt to AT&T. They never contacted me, and they sold my information, even though I never used that other SIM card or number in my life. Now I changed to VERIZON on February 26 after paying my bill for the last month to AT&T, and these people sent me a regular bill of $67.45 for March. I called them and let them know the same day I switched to Verizon. I needed to call again and ask for a refund that I never got because they took my money. I needed to dispute the charge with my bank. And again today they sent me a bill that I supposedly need to pay on April 16 for the same amount. Meanwhile, I have been with Verizon for 2 months already. Your customer service people are trash. This company is at most mediocre and a scam. And I will call again to cuss them out because I don’t understand how I can continue to be charged for 2 months straight after switching and not even using the same number that I had with AT&T. Now if I let that email be, and I don’t call them to see what’s going on, this company will put a debt on me and sell it to a collector and try to mess up my credit. At this point, I will contact a lawyer and file a lawsuit against this company.

Amazon sent me DOG FOOD instead of my £430 order – and now they won’t help!I’ve been a loyal Amazon UK customer for years, but this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered items worth £430, only to open the package and find dog food instead of what I actually bought.I contacted customer service right away, thinking they’d sort it out quickly. But instead of helping, they’ve been giving me the runaround, telling to to return the dog food and wait for 30 days for the investigation. To make things worse, I took time off work for this purchase, and now I’ve lost both my money and my holiday. And the worst part? Amazon BLOCKED my review when I tried to warn others about this. So apparently, they only allow positive feedback and silence people who have real complaints.I never thought Amazon would treat its customers like this, but after this experience, I don’t trust them anymore. If they don’t fix this, I’ll be escalating it legally. Just a warning to everyone—be careful, because if something goes wrong, they might not help you either.#AmazonFail #AmazonScam #AmazonUK #CustomerServiceFail
Review of kickstarter
Avoid using Kickstarter, they do not respond when raising issues with creators. I have waited years for a project to complete and deliver the correct items. The KS team do nothing when the creator no longer responds, except paying lip service to their policies. I've had bad experiences with most KS projects as other comments have mentioned so will no longer use KS.

I've been a platinum American Express client in the UK for over 10 years which has been one of the best financial products I've ever used. I recently moved to Italy and took out an Italian platinum card. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in all my life. The process was difficult from start to finish and using the card has been both frustrating and embarrassing. Transactions have been repeatedly declined. I spoke with a customer services representative who explained that I have to make "some payments" before I can spend freely. However, you can't make ad-hoc payments to clear the balance like you can with Amex UK (you can't even pay the balance with a debit card). You have to wait until they call for the payment from your bank which happens 4 days after the billing cycle AND it then takes a further 5 working days to clear. They say this is normal which it may have been in 1960 but this is 2023.A condition of my join up offer is that I have to spend 5000 EUR in the first 3 months to receive bonus points - it's proving VERY hard to do that when I can't even complete a 100 EUR transaction. I've lost out on so many points because of this and they just don't care. For me, the whole point of using Amex is that it's stress free, has no limits and I earn points. This card has failed all of those requirements. The customer service staff frequently talk over the top of you and offer no direct solutions to issues. The really don't want to help - they even refused to tell me what the complaints process is or tell me who to contact. They cannot use my UK account for reference as they say they are not part of Amex, just an administrator. That's news to me as everything looks and feels like Amex - at no point does anyone say this is not Amex. Still, to anyone at American Express who may be read this, I strongly suggest you reconsider the partners you choose in Italy.

Impossible to do something as basic as change my phone number with them, I have a new number so all verification codes they're sending to log in are going to a number that doesn't exist. I can only provide a transaction ID (I've never purchased anything from them), activation url (no idea what this is) and two factor authentication code (not helpful when it's been a while since you logged in) to recover my account, I don't have any as it's been 2 years since I accessed the site and there is nowhere to send an email and ask for help. I've lost my entire blog as they've made it impossible to talk to them and find a way just to change my phone number.

Paid 80$ for the Nfl app just to find out you only get one or two games a time and cant even screenplay or cross the info to another device. Had to get Peacock for my TV and still can only watch Sunday games. We should rally and take it over or destroy it.

Review of issuu
I'm a freelance worker and I needed to hand over my Issuu account (which I ran on behalf of my client) so the client could run the account direct. I couldn't find a way to remove my billing information (e.g. credit card) ahead of handing over.Alex from Support was really helpful and very speedily sorted this out for me. I really appreciate how quickly he resolved this, and for his clear and positive action. Thanks Alex, and Issuu!

Company forgot to include a part in delivery. Would have been fine, but then customer service ended the chat 5 times without answering my question. In the end I just bought another out of my own pocket. Expected better from a large company.
