I think my time with Amazon is finally over. 4 orders in a row, all to different delivery address' have had issues.Today's tops it. Arranged for 2 parcels to be delivered to an amazon counter. I had multiple options, great.Waited all day for a delivery by 9pm to be told at 17:08 that the counter was "closed".Its kind of rubbish, given that its a mini post office/off-licence/general store and its open from 730am through to 9pm every day.Turns out that their amazon parcel machine is broken, has been for over 9 weeks. Amazon cant be arsed to come out and fix it or replace it, so loads of customers are selecting them, only to discover they have to refuse all amazon deliveries.Were amazon customer services helpful? No not really. It was like pulling teeth. 5 different people and eventually one of them agreed that they could add a note and divert the driver to my address tomorrow. Lets see what happens.
