I no longer use FB

I no longer use FB. My experience has been dreadful. I even resorted to posting a recorded delivery letter to Hackers Way, America,,, no help or reply. I had a business page and personal page. Over the years I have had to prove I am me over, over, over,,, you get the picture... now everything is in Italian 🤪 Luckily my husband was an admin on my business page and it is now deleted. I don't think FB stands for trustworthy, reliable contacts. Whenever you hear a report of someone being scammed, it's through social media. I have a website to prove my business legitimacy. Other than a catch-up with family it's useless as a tool for sole traders.

I think my time with Amazon is finally…

I think my time with Amazon is finally over. 4 orders in a row, all to different delivery address' have had issues.Today's tops it. Arranged for 2 parcels to be delivered to an amazon counter. I had multiple options, great.Waited all day for a delivery by 9pm to be told at 17:08 that the counter was "closed".Its kind of rubbish, given that its a mini post office/off-licence/general store and its open from 730am through to 9pm every day.Turns out that their amazon parcel machine is broken, has been for over 9 weeks. Amazon cant be arsed to come out and fix it or replace it, so loads of customers are selecting them, only to discover they have to refuse all amazon deliveries.Were amazon customer services helpful? No not really. It was like pulling teeth. 5 different people and eventually one of them agreed that they could add a note and divert the driver to my address tomorrow. Lets see what happens.

Lots of unresolved issue regarding booking flights with Agoda. Agoda sent me a confirmation email saying that flight is confirmed, but Scoot whom I booked flight for said that there's no record of the flights available. It's always best to book flights under airline website itself. Never book flights with third parties like Agoda.

My experience was great with Thomann…

My experience was great with Thomann Music. The sales reps on the phone were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a speaker cabinet recently and it was damaged in shipping. What I really appreciated was how they handled the claim. They had the defective cab picked up the next day and sent me a replacement unit almost immediately. Marcus (sales rep) really stepped up and organized the exchange. He took care of everything. I'm very very happy with the results. Would highly recommend them for your music needs. I plan on doing future business with them and tell all my friends. Thanks Thomann Music. Six out of five stars for you!!!!!!

All lines of communication currently broken

Applied for joint membership online and verified the money was taken from my account. The website says a link to temporary membership will arrive within 30 minutes - no emails whatsoever after more than a week! During this time, I've emailed them 3 times... no response. I've attempted to telephone their helpline three times - they don't answer. The online login is down with some excuse about updating their IT system. It appears to be impossible to contact this organisation, they took my money and haven't delivered the service. Even if my membership pack by some miracle arrives within the stated 28 days, I will have paid for 12 months membership and received 11. This is an organisation in crisis - I wish I'd read the June 2021 Spectator article before trusting this band of crooks with my money, I suggest anybody who hasn't read this article should Google it before conducting any business with the NT.

10 weeks and KYC not completed on long-time customer

Restrictions on my account were lifted on April 10. A day after this post. Post has same meaning. I can say I've seen where CB has done this in the past to others and offered compensation for their actions. I did not receive any offer....This is my ongoing review and gripe about Coinbase. I was a customer for many years. Passed KYC multiple times. This time they asked for everything under the sun. It's been 10 weeks. They say they're working on it. They could have looked at every transaction. Nothing. I feel like they're violating laws by holding my money and not releasing. No seizure warrants. No IRS debt owed. Nothing. Much stress, anxiety, panic attacks. No explanations. Nothing. Just we're working on it. We've elevated it.

Don't care for this app. Full of affiliates, mentorships, cheesy music, cringey trends, and lame inf

I don’t care for this app. I have it only because sometimes, my friends send me content from it. Overall, I find the editing tools to be great but I don’t like the UI. I find this app very noisy which is why I always disable the sound before going onto it. My issue is that this app just promotes lazy monetization. I’m a millennial and I feel dumbed down by this app to the point where my attention span and writing drops to confusing the word “weather” and “whether” constantly.Also, the app is purely monetizing content. Everyone is out to try to get you to join their mentorship, buy their crappy Amazon “picked products”, or useless dancing to some annoying cheesy music. If you love little clips of pointless and useless videos, this is a good app for that. I know people personally who love it. For me, it’s a waste of time. Imagine making these “creators” and “influencers” richer on this app while you suffer from your own mental health issues, self-image problems and financial burden. Not so great! Also, a lot of the trends are downright dangerous.

Review of surveymonkey

Don't be scammed into the free sign up!

After completing a survey I was invited to create my own with a free sign up, which I did. I spent a lot of time creating a survey to help me get data for my weekly radio programme, which I do unpaid. I saw that you had to pay for add ons like being able to export the results of a survey to pdf etc. but not being able to do that didn't bother me as seeing the results in screen was adequate. However, after I had received 10 responses I became aware of the limitation of the free sign up. To view more than 10 you have to pay a minimum of £32 a month. The limitation of only seeing 10 responses should be made clear when you sign up, not hidden away in an article or small print terms and conditions. I have wasted my time and those of my listeners creating a survey that I will never see the results of, because I cannot afford the cheapest paid plan. I am very annoyed and feel deceived by this company. I wish I had looked at the reviews on Trustpilot before signing up, as I am not the only one to think this. I contacted Customer Services and they showed no sympathy and I doubt they will take action to avoid other new users being made aware of this limitation before it is too late. This is, as another reviewer called it "a scam".
