I called the customer service last 5 December 2024 and a refund was confirmed and promised to be debited to my account on or before 16 December 2024. I called again to follow up for that refund as it hasn’t been credited on the promised date and now they are saying there will be no refund at all. The inconsistency on what was promised and confirmed previously, and what they are saying now is truly upsetting to say the least. Customer service representatives should be informed well of the policies rather than making up something, committing to it and then eventually taking back what was previously promised. No integrity at all.
