I was NOT notified my order was "lost". Had I not remember and done a search to see what happened, you would have been happy to just let me be out of pocket. That is unacceptable. It is Amazon's responsibility to notify me if something I have ordered will not be delivered, and Amazon should arrange the refund. I have had to chase the "vendor". Amazon is the vendor, and Amazon should refund my money PROACTIVELY. This makes me reluctant to use Amazon's service again.
