If you are purchasing things as a gift…

If you are purchasing things as a gift and sending to another state you will be charged sales tax even though your state does not have it. Getting any kind of support is always somebody that speaks broken English and they are very rude. I have purchased thousands of dollars of shoes from these people over the years and have gone to buying almost nothing due to selling practices. I have dealt with some of the rudest people over the phone my advice to you is if you need to call them have them call you back at least you will get an English-speaking person. I can tell you I won't be doing much more business with them.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company . Someone booked a holiday through their site using my husbands booking account and card details. When we told them after blocking the card . They told us they couldn't do anything about it as we didn't have the reference number for the holiday booked by the scammer . ( The scammer had changed the email address on the account) Total scam of a company £400 down the drain.

I was NOT notified my order was "lost". Had I not remember and done a search to see what happened, you would have been happy to just let me be out of pocket. That is unacceptable. It is Amazon's responsibility to notify me if something I have ordered will not be delivered, and Amazon should arrange the refund. I have had to chase the "vendor". Amazon is the vendor, and Amazon should refund my money PROACTIVELY. This makes me reluctant to use Amazon's service again.

Avoid Adidas online store and costumer service

I purchased a couple of products at the Adidas online store about two months ago, but they were never sent. I have been emailing customer service and also calling. Their customer service is a joke! There are only two people there, Rachel and Judy, who give me opposite and conflicting information every time I call or email. Then, when I call them on it, they apologise for the other's mistake. They apologise, but there is no refund, and they will not send the products. Nothing gets resolved. The disrespect is unbelievable. It's like I am dealing with a fake, scam company. Has anyone gone through something like this?

Charged twice when we were supposed to be refunded

My wife and I booked a hotel in Seoul for 4 nights via Agoda. The hotel has a partial cancellation policy, meaning that if you cancel your book within 24 hours of proposed the check-in date, you are charged for the first night but refunded for the remaining nights.We cancelled at short notice and the hotel instructed Agoda to refund us £315 of the £420 booking total. Instead, Agoda has charged us an additional £315, meaning we’ve paid £735 in total when we only owe £105.Agoda’s telephone customer service is genuinely awful. The company seems to have informed its staff to try and wash their hands of any problem. We’ve been told everything from a) Agoda doesn’t have the ability to see the transaction it’s charged us on its IT systems to b) that we have to provide a certified medical exemption certificate to be entitled to a refund (even if the hotel has instructed Agoda to refund us and its cancellation policy says otherwise).It looks like we’re going to have to resort to disputing the charges through our credit card provider as Agoda seems uninterested in resolving its mistakes.Not one to usually post negative reviews, but I would encourage others to stay well clear of this company and its services. Appears to regularly default on its customer obligations, and reflects very poorly on the industry as a whole.

Booked a plane ticket. They took my money, I didn’t get my ticket. They made me apply for refund to get money back. Had to email multiple times because links on email were not working. Finally got a working one. Gave them my details. Yet to receive refund. Agoda is nothing short of fraud/ highway robbery.

BEWARE - Duplicate Payments Taken and No Refunds

Discovered that I was paying a monthly subscription of £8.67 per month as well as an annual subscription of £100 per annum and that this has been going on for 12 months. Eventually got through to the Telegraph only to be told that they cannot refund any of the money as we have used the account!. This is an error set up by the Telegraph but they will not listen. Absolutely disgusted by their behaviour - will never use them again - BEWARE!

Went to Fountains Abbey in October on a…

Went to Fountains Abbey in October on a free family day pass. We went with another couple who also had a free pass. Really enjoyed the walk with plenty of seats around to rest which I needed and allowed the others to explore further. Car parking very good. Ticket office lady very helpful and gave lots of information. Toilets clean and accessible. Yes it was a free day out but we bought in the gift shop and cafe and thoroughly enjoyed our day.
