I can't believe that a so called Amazon agent shamelessly ended the call on me! Wow!!! I'm really shocked! She would not listen to me, even when I was politely asking for the complaint procedure! I can't believe a customer agent can be so rude!!! For a fault that is not mine! And I can't believe that I was lied to by a customer agent on the 5th of December! Made an order on the 29th of Nov, didn't receive delivery, tracked order and saw that they wrote 'order was delivered to customer'. Rang and complained to an agent who apologised and processed a refund. I immediately tried reordering the item but discovered the price has increased, agent promised to send a gift voucher for the price difference which encouraged me to go ahead and make the order otherwise I wouldn't. Checked my account today and saw that the whole amount was taken from my account and no gift voucher was sent as promised. Rang and tried explaining the situation but agent said Amazon would not give customers price difference, so that agent must have misadvised me! And she hung up the phone on me! I will definitely ring consumer helpline for advice on how to take this matter further! I didn't know Amazon is a rogue company that can't be trusted!!! No wonder the reviews are so bad!!! What a shame!!!
